Easy to digest, nutrient dense, flavorful foods are grounding and healing and necessary after you bring an entire human into this world. I have 10 years of experience as a birth/postpartum doula, prenatal yoga teacher and childbirth educator. My passion passion is to nourish mothers postpartum and bring them into balance with food and bodywork. Think of me as the guardian of your fourth trimester.
