Hello! My name is Carmen (she/her) and I am a postpartum doula with the intention of healing the world by helping heal birthers and their families during their 4th trimester. While the road through parenthood may be well traveled, it is also an incredibly unique experience. My goal is to help the transition through the 4th trimester feel less rocky and more like a gently warn path for families by listening to, loving, lifting up and linking families to their community.

My name is Tina Louise and I love supporting families around their birth experience. I'm passionate about birth and working to improve birth outcomes in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. I attended my first birth at the age of 16 years in a homebirth community and knew this was a calling for me. I attended home births, birth centers and hospital births, and finally decided to become certified as a Doula in 2014.
