My journey to becoming a postpartum doula began in 2022, when I became a mother myself. During my pregnancy, I dove deep into everything I could learn about birth and parenting, and I quickly fell in love with the beauty and power of the whole process. But when my daughter was born, I realized there was a gap in the education and support available for new mothers, especially when it comes to the postpartum experience. I found that many mothers, myself included, were left to navigate this crucial time without the guidance and support they truly needed. It was in this moment of realization that I knew I wanted to support other women in their postpartum journeys, helping them feel informed, nurtured, and cared for as they adjusted to life with a new baby. In late 2024, I found a postpartum doula training led by an incredible midwife, and I knew this was the path I was meant to take. As a follower of Jesus, my faith is central to everything I do, and I strive to serve others with love and compassion. When I’m not supporting families, you can find me baking, spending time with my own family, and dreaming of a homesteading life. I’m excited to be part of your postpartum journey and offer the care and support you need during this transformative and sacred time.

Hi, I’m Evie Belnap! I’m a certified birth doula who is passionate about helping women feel confident, cared for, and empowered throughout their birth experience. With a background in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University, I have a special interest in supporting women through exercise, breathing, and understanding their body better during pregnancy and labor. I love making birth preparation feel approachable and encouraging, while helping each mom discover what works best for her body and baby. Most importantly, I’m a friendly and compassionate person who genuinely loves being there for people. I bring a calm, grounded presence to the birth space. I believe that sometimes the most meaningful support is simply having someone steady beside you to witness your strength in pregnancy. I got my bachelors degree in Health Science from Utah State and worked 2 years at a holistic health clinic. I help women with fertility and preconception. I am passionate about helping women become completely prepared for labor so that it can be a joyful and empowering experience for them.
