I need someone to help me figure out my latch and how to mitigate my fast let down and help around the house and overnight while my husband sleeps so he can go to work the next day. In person would be preferred. 3 nights per week and hours would be negotiable. Start date is as soon as possible and duration would be for about 10 weeks.

I have a one month old. I started using a nipple shield from birth due to flat nipples and 3 days ago I stopped using the shield. I am having trouble with pain and I'm not sure if my daughter's latch is good.

I would like to prioritize nutrition, food-based approaches, lifestyle changes, and pregnancy-safe herbs or supplements when appropriate. I would like my provider to discuss natural alternatives with me when they are considered safe and effective. I understand that “natural” does not always mean safe during pregnancy, and I am willing to follow professional guidance regarding which foods, herbs, vitamins, and supplements are appropriate. If medication or medical intervention becomes necessary for my safety or my baby’s safety, I want my provider to explain the reason, risks, benefits, and alternatives whenever possible. I am also interested in a low-intervention home birth with appropriate prenatal monitoring, newborn care, postpartum care, and a clear emergency/hospital-transfer plan.
