Hello, I'm LaCrisha, but most people call me Crisha. I was born and raised in St. Louis, and I’m proud to call it my hometown. I’m blessed with a wonderful, supportive husband, five amazing kids, and a few adorable grandchildren. My happiest moments are spent with my family—whether we’re going out to eat, enjoying a good movie together, or dancing the night away. For many years, I found myself in labor and delivery rooms, supporting family members, friends, and even friends of friends. Sometimes, people assumed I was there to translate, but most of the time, I was simply there to help and offer comfort. It became such a natural role for me that people began asking how long I’d been a nurse. Though I’m not a nurse, I realized how much I love helping others during such a monumental time in their lives. Now, as a Certified Doula, I feel incredibly grateful and honored to be part of these intimate and life-changing moments.
