With a long induction + c-section birth and also a non-medicated VBAC under my belt, I feel well equipped to support all moms. I love to integrate a holistic approach to birth work, but I also appreciate modern medicine when truly needed. Every mom has their wants and needs when envisioning the birth that they desire, and I love helping them get from where they are to where they want to be. I value breastfeeding and postpartum wellness as well and love to help moms troubleshoot or problem solve when needed. The saying “it takes a village” holds a special place with me as I often feel pulled to be that village for fellow mamas. I strive to make other moms feel appreciated, supported, informed, and confident in their God-given abilities! I live in the Indianapolis area with my husband + our two boys. My path to becoming a doula started five years ago during my own pregnancy. The experience of watching my baby girl’s weekly development sparked a passion that only grew stronger over time. My Catholic faith is an important part of my life and shapes the way I care for others with compassion and responsibility. I started babysitting when I was just 10, and by the age of 19, I began working professionally with families. I’ve also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a nursing facility, where I provided hands-on care and support to elderly and vulnerable patients. After stepping away from college, I chose to focus on what I truly love — working with children. That decision led me to nanny full-time, which has been both fulfilling and a great learning experience. Currently, I’m working toward my Medical Assistant certification while continuing to offer childcare services.
