I have been a Birth Doula since 2014 and a Fertility Educator since 2016. I am passionate about helping women understand their bodies better from preconception through postpartum. I was inspired by my own experiences throughout my 4 pregnancies and have worked with clients from all backgrounds and delivery scenarios including, but not limited to: hospital, birth center, home birth, c-sections, VBACs, medicated, Un-medicated, multiples, high-risk, micro-preemies, and adoption (birth and/or adoptive parent support). As a Doula, my goal is to help my clients experience the birth of their dreams. My training is body-centric and focused on optimizing fetal positioning for a more comfortable pregnancy, smoother delivery, and better postpartum recovery. I am hands on and often provide comforting touch and release work. Hi, I’ve been an overnight postpartum doula for 4 years and a birth doula for one year. I’m a mother of two and a grandmother to two grandson. I believe parents need support within the first few weeks after coming home with the new addition. Sleep deprivation is real and there might be older siblings that need you, so getting the proper attention of sleep is important . I am there to help you with whatever you need to make your life and your family’s life manageable. I will care for your baby overnight ( feeding, changing, burping, rocking etc)while you get the sleep you deserve. I’ll tidy up your kitchen and wash, dry and fold a load(s)of baby laundry that you might have. If your family has laundry I will be more than willing to wash their laundry as well. If you are breast feeding or bottle feeding I am here to help and support you in any way I can.
