Hi, I’m Sai, a birth and postpartum doula, infant care specialist, and mom of four. My journey into this work began through my own lived experience with postpartum depression and anxiety, which opened my eyes to how deeply parents need support during pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood, and how often they’re expected to navigate it alone. For over five years, I’ve supported families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with compassionate, nonjudgmental, and evidence-based care. As a birth doula, I provide emotional support, education, advocacy, comfort measures, and a calming presence throughout labor and delivery, helping families feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
