I'm Sam, long time birth nerd ➡️ new Catholic / Christian doula in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado. I support families in Colorado Springs, Denver, Pueblo and the surrounding areas. I'm Madriella Certified and I'm working on my DONA international certification right now. I'm excited to support families of all shapes and sizes through this incredible (and sometimes spooky) phase of life ❤️‍🔥 About me: I'm a Catholic convert circa 2022 and I had my first baby, lil Gwen in February 2025 💞 My hobbies include being an absolute homebody, crocheting and reading, gaming with my husband, saving all my money until I'm blessed enough to venture out into the world. (Most recently, Japan in 2023 🌎) My mission is to be a steadfast advocate for women, ensuring they know they are not alone on this incredible journey. Together, we can navigate the joys and challenges of childbirth, guided by love, faith, and an unwavering belief in each mother’s unique capabilities.

Sam was absolutely incredible. I planned to have a homebirth and ended up laboring very long (60+ hours) before we transfered to a hospital. She was there in all the toughest times and was constantly on call & ready to arrive when needed. She was the perfect balance of comfort, support, and strength that helped me stay confident in my laboring. When it came time to make a decision to transfer, she helped talk me through options and process our decision. she was a total blessing to our family ??

Having Carson as my doula had a massively positive effect on my pregnancy and delivery experiences. She provided me with educational resources and was always available to answer my questions and to calm my fears. I started my pregnancy not having the confidence to give birth unmedicated, but she continually supported me and helped me realize that I could do it. She was instrumental in helping me have a positive labor and delivery experience. I felt more in control with her there, since I knew she would make sure my wishes were being followed even when I couldn’t speak for myself. She also checked in with me after I gave birth to see if I had any questions or needed any help navigating life as a new mom. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is pregnant. Carson is a truly gifted doula.

Most doulas provide support. I provide something more. I offer a specialist-level guide for the most significant transition of your life. I bring together birth expertise, nervous system-informed coaching, and deep newborn and postpartum knowledge to support women who want to feel genuinely prepared, not just accompanied. My clients don't want a hand to hold... they want someone who can think ahead of their care team, help them navigate decisions with confidence, and be a steady, knowledgeable presence from pregnancy through the fourth trimester. Based in Littleton, I serve the greater Denver metro area with comprehensive birth and postpartum support — and a philosophy rooted in the whole you: your body, your mind, and your specific vision for this season of life. If you're the kind of person who invests in your health and does the work, we're probably a great fit.

I found Beth in the last few weeks of the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy with my 3rd daughter, and she changed everything for me! She made me feel safe and supported from the moment we spoke over the phone! She was knowledgeable and professional, but she also made me feel like we were lifelong friends! When it came time for my delivery, Beth was incredible! She helped keep me focused and as calm as possible during contractions and she held the hospital staff accountable to my birth plan wishes. She also created us a beautiful gift after the birth of our little girl, she made us a digital birth story, it was such a touching recount of the entire evening! I would recommend her to anyone having a baby! She is the most amazing doula!

Hi, I’m Jaimie, a holistic birth doula, placenta encapsulation specialist, and childbirth educator serving families through Little Hands Big Heart Doula Services. I am a trained and certified doula through Elite Doula & Co, and I’m passionate about combining professional knowledge with heartfelt, faith-centered care. My calling is to walk alongside growing families with compassion, encouragement, and evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season. I believe that birth is sacred — a God-designed experience that deserves to be approached with reverence, faith, and trust in the body’s innate wisdom. As a doula, I strive to create a calm and nurturing space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to make informed choices that align with your values. My approach blends holistic birth preparation with the emotional and spiritual support that faith-centered families often desire. Through childbirth education, I aim to replace fear with confidence by equipping parents with knowledge and practical tools. My placenta encapsulation services are an extension of that same care — supporting natural healing and balance as your body transitions into motherhood. Each family’s story is unique, and it’s a true honor to be invited into such an intimate and transformative time. Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or adding another precious little one to your family, my heart is to serve you with gentleness, faith, and wholehearted support — helping you welcome your baby into a space filled with peace, love, and grace. Jaimie is an amazing partner to have on your childbirth journey! It had been several years since our last child was born, so we reached out to her to help us get up to speed and educate us on what to expect. We were amazed by how much we didn’t know the first time around, and her guidance was incredibly helpful. From answering our many questions to helping us prepare ahead of time, Jaimie made sure we felt informed, confident, and ready every step of the way. She helped us think through important details in advance, which made the entire experience so much smoother. When it came time for the birth, Jaimie was an incredible source of support and encouragement throughout the entire process. I am so grateful she was part of our journey and birth experience. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive doula, I can’t recommend Jaimie enough. She is truly incredible!

Hi, I’m Liz Derry Cox, CPM, LM. I’ve been a nurse since 1997 and a licensed midwife and DONA trained doula since 2010, and it has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to walk alongside women and families during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. I believe pregnancy and birth are normal, healthy life events, and that women deserve care that is both evidence-based and deeply personal. Every family has a unique story, and I strive to make sure each client feels heard, respected, informed, and supported every step of the way. My approach combines the wisdom of midwifery with years of clinical experience. I take time to truly listen, answer questions thoroughly, and help families make informed decisions that align with their values. Whether you’re planning your first baby or have given birth before, my goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that builds confidence rather than fear. I believe that when women are supported physically, emotionally, and educationally, they are more likely to experience a healthier pregnancy, a positive birth, and a smoother transition into parenthood. It is an honor to be trusted with such an important season of life, and I look forward to supporting your family on that journey. I intentionally limit the total number of families I serve each month across all of my services—including midwifery, doula support, and pregnancy coaching. This allows me to provide unhurried, relationship-based care, be readily available when questions arise, and truly get to know each family I have the privilege of serving. My goal is for you to never feel like just another client, but to feel known, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout your journey.

Liz was absolutely amazing as my midwife during the birth of my first child. Her calm presence and genuine care made the entire experience feel safe and supported. I’ve reached out to her many times since then for guidance on pregnancy, postpartum, nutrition, etc., and she always offers her wisdom with warmth and honesty. In this world where mothers often struggle to feel heard, she has created a special space of comfort, understanding, and compassion ❤️

I served in the Army as a medic and worked as a civilian ski patroller for many years before starting my own family. I have a long-standing love for fitness, travel and the outdoors. Aside from a passion for helping families in their birth and postpartum journeys, I strive to make a difference in my community. I am the proud wife of a soldier, and I am a mother. I have a little boy, twin girls and a pup. My pregnancy and births led me to be passionate about closing the gap in modern healthcare and putting the power of birth back into the hands of parents. My experience with obstetrics left a lot to be desired. Hiring a doula for the birth of my twins was a life altering (and lifesaving) experience. I want to be there to empower you, advocate for you, and support you and your decisions in every way to give you the best possible birth experience. Postpartum is a sacred time, hiring a postpartum doula can ensure you enjoy the time and recover with ease in a supported setting. While working with me, you will find yourself in an empathetic and compassionate environment. I look forward to serving you and being a part of a most special time in your life as a parent. I have taken additional courses in military culture, peri and postnatal mood disorders, lactation language, pregnancy discrimination, Spinning Babies Breach for Practitioners, and causes and consequences of childbirth-related PTSD.
