A native of Seaside, Kaleena returned home to the Peninsula in 2018 after a long and prestigious career of professional dance in the Bay Area. Upon hanging up her pointe shoes, Kaleena was invited to join the esteemed San Francisco GYROTONIC® where she studied under some of the world's foremost teachers and shared that knowledge with clients of all ages and physical capabilities. It was after the ecstatic home births of both of her children that Kaleena furthered her curiosity into Birth and the depths of Pre and Post Natal movement studies. As a Certified Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator, Kaleena is passionate about sharing all she knows about movement and birth with her clients.
