Professionally, I have over five years of experience working in an infant room as a Lead Teacher. During that time, I was responsible for maintaining feeding schedules, diapering, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for infants as young as five weeks old. I often worked independently with 3–5 babies at a time, ensuring each child received personalized care and attention. Parents appreciated the structure and comfort I provided, often requesting weekend care because their babies responded so well to my routine.
