I found Beth in the last few weeks of the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy with my 3rd daughter, and she changed everything for me! She made me feel safe and supported from the moment we spoke over the phone! She was knowledgeable and professional, but she also made me feel like we were lifelong friends! When it came time for my delivery, Beth was incredible! She helped keep me focused and as calm as possible during contractions and she held the hospital staff accountable to my birth plan wishes. She also created us a beautiful gift after the birth of our little girl, she made us a digital birth story, it was such a touching recount of the entire evening! I would recommend her to anyone having a baby! She is the most amazing doula!

She’s more like a sister and I’m is so accommodating and real. Enjoyed my experience with her. We planned a home birth but it was my first pregnancy and 72 hours of labor so I transferred to hospital. But even then it wasn’t THAT bad. She encapsulated my placenta as well and made me a tincture, so she picked my placenta up swiftly! I would recommend her to anyone! However it’s worth saying she had one thing to note is although she’s very nurturing and innerstanding and has ALOT of outside and inside help and support from mentors and those with children. She doesn’t have children herself so I felt a slight disconnect with my first delivery because I wasn’t sure what to do and she couldn’t coach me through that aspect but other than that I’d 10 out 10 recommend.

We’ve been lucky to have Lindsay as our birth doula for all three of our kids, and most recently as a postpartum doula. I had a hard time understanding why I’d want a postpartum doula with my first two births, but I’m SO glad I went for it this time around! Having Lindsay come over was a highlight of those first few weeks. She came with her arms full of food, teas, cozy cushions, sound bath instruments, etc. Each week she’d bring food that I picked from the menu (all of it was so delicious and nourishing), and would guide me thru whatever session I had chosen (sound bath, gentle movement/stretching, guided meditation, closing of the bones ceremony). She has a very calming energy about her and I just feel at peace when she’s around. She helped around the house while she was here like washing the dishes, sorting and folding laundry, things that pile up in the busy-ness of having a newborn. She is truly a delight to work with and I’m forever grateful that she was here for us during the most important events of our lives.

Absolutely love Ana! She has been the best doula! Her pregnancy sessions were full of insight and wisdom! Having her helped me feel empowered and excited to give birth. She’s also been so willing to answer any question postpartum and even came over to help my husband and I give our daughter her first bath! What I especially love about Ana is her ability to see God’s design in every aspect of motherhood. During a lovely session, she reminded me mothering is God’s call over my life and that it’s my worship unto Him! How beautiful! If the Lord allows me to have more children, I will without a doubt choose Ana as my doula again every time!

Second time client of Tias! I first used Tia's services 2 years ago where I was successful with my first medicated VBAC birth. As soon as I received my positive pregnancy test with my third baby, I KNEW Tia was going to be hired again! We had a wonderful experience working with MacKenzie as our birth and postpartum doula. As first-time parents, we had so many questions throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, and MacKenzie was always incredibly patient and thoughtful in answering them. She has a lot of knowledge and experience and was able to give us the information and perspective we needed without ever making us feel overwhelmed. Her prenatal visits were especially helpful in preparing us for what to expect during labor and delivery. She helped us understand our options, supported the choices that felt right for us, and advocated for me as the mom when needed, while always respecting that the decisions were ultimately ours. During labor, her calm and supportive presence helped both of us feel more confident during such an intense and unfamiliar experience. After the birth, she stayed with us to make sure breastfeeding was getting off to a good start. I also passed out after labor, and having MacKenzie there was incredibly reassuring. She helped me and my partner understand what was happening and navigate the situation when we were both exhausted and overwhelmed. We really appreciated that her support didn’t simply end once the baby was born. She was also a great resource during the postpartum period. Having someone experienced whom we could turn to with all of our first-time-parent questions made the transition into newborn life feel much less overwhelming. In addition, MacKenzie is a Carrot in-network provider, which was very helpful for us. She was willing to coordinate with us and make sure her invoices met Carrot’s reimbursement requirements, which made the reimbursement process much easier. We are very grateful to have had MacKenzie support us through such an important time in our lives, and we would absolutely recommend her to other expecting and new parents.

Highly recommend Jernae! She brings a calming energy to your home, which is so needed postpartum. Her services allowed us to get hours and hours of unbroken sleep, delicious food, and a more functional household overall! Choosing Alyssa as my doula was hands-down the best decision I made for my birth. I'm a nurse practitioner myself, so I naturally have a high standard for care, but Alyssa completely blew me away. She was incredibly hands-on from day one. All through my pregnancy, she was in constant communication and would text me back within minutes whenever I had a question. With our first baby we did not have a doula and the second time around I knew I needed one. Keeley supported me from the beginning. She would check up on me and just be there when I needed some reassurance. When I needed a medical procedure early in pregnancy she offered be there. She went above and beyond even before I was in my last trimester. When I had to be induced she showed up for me even before active labor even started because I was having anxiety and she could sense I needed the support, she arrived before midnight and stayed with us until after delivery which wasn’t until 5 pm. She supported my wants and need for this labor process and she wasn’t afraid to be my advocate with the nurse and doctors. She was always very professional. She made the labor and delivery process a whole lot less stressful. Even my husband said this was completely different than our first and it was the best choice we made. If you are looking for a doula Keeley is your person. She will be there to support you to advocate for you and she will always show up for you. I couldn’t ask for a better person(doula) to be there.

I truly cannot put into words how grateful we are for Lauren. She was everything we could have hoped for in a birth doula and so much more. I genuinely cannot imagine our birth experience without her! Lauren has the most incredible balance of knowledge, warmth, compassion, and intuition. Working with Sally helped me to have the birth I wanted! I knew I wanted to try for an unmedicated birth, but was open to an epidural if needed, and Sally was supportive of both plans. She had great advice throughout my pregnancy and was a true hero on delivery day! She accompanied my husband and I to the hospital and was amazing at communicating with our nurses and doctors which took a lot of pressure off of me and my husband so that we could just be present in the moment. She used a variety of strategies to keep me as comfortable as possible during labor --the counterpressure and massage was a game changer during contractions! After baby was born she followed up with us several times to make sure breastfeeding and everything was going well. We would definitely recommend getting a doula, specifically Sally, to anyone who is on the fence about hiring someone to support their birth!

Our experience with Liz was truly wonderful! With Liz, you will feel safe, heard, & held through one of the most important moments of your life. When we initially spoke, it was probably 2 minutes into the conversation when we knew she was the right doula. The call ended, my husband & I looked at each other & immediately said, "I LOVED her." Liz laid out everything that we should expect, & did it in a way where we didn't feel judged. Others had tried to convince us that we had unresolved trauma, or had made mistakes in previous births. Liz's trust in us knowing what we needed was so reassuring. During the pregnancy, Liz is there if you need her, checking in to see how appts. went, & getting a feel for your mindset approaching birth. Liz was vital in my ability to remain calm as my due date came, then passed by 9 days! We discussd ways to help encourage labor, different scenarios as 42 weeks approached, & reassurances that my baby & body knew what they were doing. Being a 3rd time mom I really thought I knew it all, but when things went so much longer than we all expected, I was so grateful to have Liz's calm & confident presence. At OBC, Liz arrived exactly when I needed her. She easily fit into the flow of labor offering assistance to me, & guiding my husband to help through contractions. Liz understands when to step to the forefront, & also when to hang back. Her experience & presence in the birthing space made me feel more supported & calm than I had previously. My labor was fast, but I never felt like I lost control. Liz took stunning photos during birth, capturing all of the phases of labor, recovery, & beautiful shots of the baby. The photos will be cherished by our family for the rest of our lives! Liz doesn't disappear after you're done having the baby. She checks in during your recovery at home, & even comes to visit. We loved working with Liz!
