Hello family, my name is Natasha Barros and I'm a full spectrum Doula, which means I can support your prenatal, labor, postpartum and infant care needs. I love, love to educate. I'm resourceful and I find joy in sharing information that gives my mommas/families confidence in their journey. My passion is seeing people thrive in whichever way that looks for them. I love what I do and its not a job, but a calling. I've been a Doula for 4 years and have assisted in over 50 labors, and served many more families. I will travel by flight, if you need me too as well!

My time with Natasha was amazing, I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to have such an amazing doula throughout my pregnancy. From the very beginning, she was incredibly understanding, supportive, patient, and caring. She always made me feel heard and never judged me for anything I was feeling or going through. Pregnancy can be overwhelming, both physically and emotionally, and having someone who was there to listen, reassure me, and support me made such a huge difference. She was always willing to answer my questions, check in on me, and make sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. She made me feel like I wasn’t going through everything alone, and I'm thankful for the support she gave me during such an important time in my life. I would absolutely recommend her to any expecting mom looking for someone who is compassionate, understanding, dependable, and genuinely cares about her clients. She was amazing throughout my pregnancy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doula!

Ciera Graham-Jackson

Hi Families! I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula serving families across the GTA, with a strong presence in the Peel Region. I specialize in lactation and breastfeeding support, offering compassionate, evidence-based care to help families feel confident and supported throughout their journey into parenthood. My approach is rooted in the belief that there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to birth, feeding, or postpartum care. Every family is unique, and I take the time to understand your values, goals, and needs so I can provide personalized, respectful support that aligns with your vision. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating early feeding, or adjusting to life with a newborn, I’m here to walk alongside you with patience, warmth, and encouragement. Beyond my work as a doula, I’m a proud mother to my 8-year-old daughter, who continues to inspire my passion for supporting other families. In my free time, I enjoy expressing creativity through art and spending time gardening—both of which ground me and bring a sense of balance to the nurturing work I do. I’m honored to be part of such an important chapter in your life and look forward to supporting you every step of the way.

Ciera supported our family with postpartum doula services 5 days a week for just over 4 months following the birth of our daughter, and what a difference she made. She is professional, dependable and quickly became well integrated within the household (our older children were always excited to see her!). She has such a way with babies, our daughter very quickly developed into a sound overnight sleeper. We were also grateful that she worked with us to ensure we could be reimbursed through Carrot insurance. I would recommend Ciera to any expecting parent who is looking for calm guidance, professional support and loving care for their newborns.

I believe birth is not just a medical event — it’s a deeply personal, transformative experience, and the way you are supported matters. As a birth doula, my role is to provide steady, evidence-based support while centering you: your preferences, your intuition, and your sense of safety. I support families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period with calm presence, clear information, and compassionate advocacy. Whether your birth unfolds exactly as planned or takes unexpected turns, you deserve to feel informed, respected, and supported every step of the way. I work with all birth settings and outcomes — hospital births, unmedicated or medicated labors, planned or unplanned cesareans — and I meet each family where they are, without judgment. My approach is grounded in current evidence, emotional attunement, and the understanding that there is no “right” way to give birth — only what is right for you. Clients often tell me they feel more confident, less overwhelmed, and better prepared after working together. I aim to be a steady presence you can lean on — someone who helps you understand your options, supports your partner, and creates space for you to stay connected to your body and your baby. If you’re looking for a doula who is calm, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in your experience — I would be honored to support you.

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Olena. As first-time parents, there were so many unknowns, and having someone so knowledgeable, calm, and compassionate by our side made such a difference. During labor and delivery, she was exactly the presence I needed. She knew when to step in with guidance, comfort, and encouragement, and when to simply be there and let my husband and me have our moment. She helped me feel grounded during some of the most intense parts of labor and was also an incredible support to my husband, helping him know how to best support me. What stood out most was how deeply she cared. I never felt like I was just another client. She was thoughtful, attentive, patient, and completely present throughout the entire experience. Having her there gave both of us an added sense of confidence and comfort during one of the biggest moments of our lives. Looking back on the birth of our baby, I’m so grateful she was part of it. I would recommend her without hesitation to any expecting family. She will always hold such a special place in our birth story. ??

I have lived in Florida all my life. My happy place is by the ocean listening to the waves. I am married to my college sweetheart and we have 3 beautiful, wild boys. I became fascinated by the magic and mechanics of birth during my first pregnancy in 2013. I had an emergency c-section followed by medicated and unmedicated vaginal births in 2016 and 2019. For all three, I had the same doula by my side sharing her 30+ years of wisdom. In 2023, I formalized my training and certifications and have been focusing on doula work full-time. Aside from parenting my sons, it is my biggest privilege and joy to serve mothers in this vulnerable time, and I look forward to knowing and serving you during your journey. I strongly believe it is the right of the birthing person to choose whatever path is right for them. Every body, baby and pregnancy is different. If you choose me to be by your side, my promise is to help you and your partner bring that vision to life. Knowing birth can be unpredictable, I will do everything I can to ensure you feel safe, loved, empowered and strong every step of the way. I would love to talk with you about your wishes for your birth. Get in touch with me today to set up a free consultation.

I cannot recommend Amanda enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly nurturing, comforting, and supportive. She made me feel heard, reassured, and cared for throughout the entire experience. Her calm presence brought so much comfort during every stage of the process. She always knew just what to say or do to help me feel at ease, and her encouragement gave me confidence when I needed it most. Knowing she was by my side made the entire experience feel less overwhelming and so much more positive. If you're looking for a doula who genuinely cares about her clients, provides unwavering support, and will be your biggest advocate, I wholeheartedly recommend Amanda. I am so grateful to have had her by my side and couldn't imagine my birth experience without her.

Nandi Jacobs

Hey! I'm Nandi, and supporting families during their birthing journeys is not just my profession, it’s my calling. My passion for birth work stems from witnessing the strength and resilience of birthing people and my desire to create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered. I’ve had the honor of working as a doula in various settings, from hospitals like Wellstar to community-based programs like Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies, home-births and birth centers. Each experience has deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, personalized care that honors each family’s unique story. Here’s what you can expect when we work together: - Connection: I take the time to get to know you and your family, so I can support your physical, emotional, and informational needs. - Advocacy: Whether it's navigating hospital policies or exploring comfort techniques, I ensure you feel confident and supported every step of the way. - Holistic Care: As a certified yoga instructor specializing in prenatal yoga, I incorporate movement and mindfulness to help you feel calm and prepared. One of my most meaningful experiences was supporting women in recovery through Motherhood Beyond Bars, where I saw how vital nurturing care and a nonjudgmental presence can be. That philosophy guides me every day. I am trained as a Full Spectrum and Abortion Doula, so I can support you through any reproductive health journey with respect and compassion. Birth is unpredictable, but my goal is always the same: to help you feel empowered, informed, and cared for, no matter what. If you’re looking for a doula who will listen deeply, support you fully, and celebrate your strength, I’d love to connect with you.

Hiring Nandi was one of the best decisions my wife and I made regarding the birth of our daughter. Nandi is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely present with us. Our providers had recommended an induction for medical reasons, which was not our initial birth plan. Nandi was there throughout the induction process at the hospital assisting my wife and I, as well as providing insights into each step of the induction process, which was immensely helpful as we did not prepare for an induction. We cannot recommend Nandi enough! From the pre-birth visits, during the labor, and postpartum visits Nandi was a much needed wealth of knowledge, comfort, and experience that made the birth of our first child smoother despite the days we spent in the hospital for the induction. Would definitely call Nandi if we have another child (and hopefully a natural birth)!

Founder of Whispering Lullabies | Creator of the Sacred Sleep Method™ Namaste! I’m Tory Whitney, affectionately known as Ms. Tory—founder of Whispering Lullabies, creator of the Sacred Sleep Method™, and author of Sacred Sleep: A Gentle Nervous System Guide for Babies and Parents, available on Amazon. I am a birth and postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, infant sleep consultant, mindfulness and Hypnobabies educator, and spiritually intuitive counselor. I bring more than seven years of perinatal experience and over 30 years of hands-on childcare experience to every family I serve. I believe the journey to parenthood is a sacred event—one that deserves to be honored with compassion, intention, reverence, and genuine care. From pregnancy and birth through the tender transitions of postpartum life, welcoming a new life is a deeply personal and transformative experience. My role extends beyond caring for a baby. I am there to nurture, guide, and support the entire family as they navigate one of life's most meaningful transitions. Throughout my career, I have cultivated an exceptionally refined level of nurturing, emotional awareness, and intuitive attunement to the needs of babies and mothers. I understand that babies communicate long before they have words, and that truly understanding them requires more than responding to their cries. It requires patience, presence, careful observation, and the ability to recognize subtle changes in their behavior, body language, and emotional state. Through decades of hands-on caregiving, combined with my background in mindfulness and spiritually intuitive counseling, I have developed a heightened sensitivity to the unspoken needs of those in my care. I am often able to recognize early signs of overstimulation, discomfort, fatigue, or a need for connection before those needs become more pronounced. This intuitive awareness, supported by professional knowledge and experience, allows me to provide deeply individualized, responsive care. That same attentiveness extends to the mothers I support. I recognize that the journey into motherhood is not only physical but also deeply emotional and transformative. Sometimes a mother needs reassurance, encouragement, understanding, or simply someone who recognizes that she is overwhelmed before she finds the words to express it. I strive to be that calming, nurturing presence—someone who listens beyond words, respects her experience, and helps her feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Although spiritual awareness and intuitive practices are part of my personal foundation, my approach is inclusive, nonjudgmental, and welcoming to families of all faiths, denominations, spiritual traditions, and personal beliefs. I honor each family's individual values, recognizing that meaningful care begins with mutual respect, trust, and genuine human connection. As a five-star provider, I believe exceptional care should be reflected in how I show up every day—with compassion, attentiveness, professionalism, and dependable support. Parents deserve peace of mind and should feel just as nurtured, understood, and supported as their babies. Sacred Sleep is more than my approach to infant sleep—it is the philosophy that guides all of my care. I believe babies and parents thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported. Whether I am assisting during birth, caring for a newborn overnight, supporting postpartum recovery, or helping a family establish natural sleep rhythms, I begin with connection, nervous-system regulation, responsive care, and respect for each family's individual needs. I teach parents to prioritize their baby's cues over rigid schedules while considering feeding needs, growth, development, and guidance from their healthcare team. By observing each baby's temperament, feeding patterns, sensory needs, and family rhythm, I help parents understand the "why" behind their baby's behavior so they can make informed decisions with confidence. My approach brings together evidence-based newborn care, an understanding of infant physiology, mindfulness, intuitive attunement, and decades of practical caregiving experience. I offer calm, individualized, nonjudgmental support without cry-it-out or extinction methods. Rather than expecting babies to adapt to a predetermined system, I adapt my care to the unique baby and family in front of me. I believe true nurturing extends beyond meeting physical needs. It is about creating an environment where babies feel secure, mothers feel supported, and families develop the confidence to trust their instincts and strengthen their connection with one another. Through in-home, overnight, travel, and virtual support, my goal is to help families feel seen, informed, rested, and confident as they discover their own natural rhythm—one breath, one night, and one season at a time. At Whispering Lullabies, I believe the journey to parenthood is sacred, every baby deserves to be understood, and every parent deserves to be nurtured. Because caring for your baby also means caring for you.

We had the absolute best experience with Tory, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment she walked into our home, she brought an immediate sense of calm and confidence that we desperately needed. After just one visit, our entire household felt more settled. She didn’t just care for our newborn—she taught me how to care for him with new techniques, hands-on guidance, and so much patience. She showed me how to soothe him, how to read his cues, and how to manage those fussy moments that had felt overwhelming before. Her approach was gentle, practical, and incredibly reassuring. On top of that, both the baby and I were coming down with a cold, and she handled the situation with so much compassion. She showed me how to help a congested newborn, helped me feel more confident in what to watch for, and even let me get much-needed rest. I truly felt cared for as a new mom, not just supported in caring for my baby. If you are looking for someone who brings expertise, calm energy, and genuine care into your home, Tory is absolutely exceptional. One visit made such a meaningful difference for us, and I am so grateful for her. I am excited to work with her again and ensure that I’ve really taken her lessons to heart.

Hi, I’m Danielle, certified full-spectrum doula and the founder of Puget Sound Perinatal. I’m here to walk with you through your birthing year with care that is rooted in trust, respect, and love. While you're navigating your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I’ll be by your side with emotional, physical, informational, and spiritual support that’s tailored to you. My work is about helping you feel confident in your choices, connected to your soul and body, and supported every step of the way.

We feel so lucky to have had Danielle with us three nights a week for the first six weeks after bringing our son home. As a first time mom, those early newborn days were such an adjustment, and Danielle quickly became a source of comfort and support for me too- not just someone we trusted to care for our baby. From the beginning, we felt safe and comfortable with her. She is incredibly caring, calm, and attentive, and I genuinely looked forward to the nights she was coming because I knew our son was in such good hands and I could actually rest. Especially in those first few weeks when everything felt so new, having her reassuring presence meant so much to us. Danielle was also wonderful about respecting our preferences and helping us figure out what worked best for our family without ever making us feel like there was one “right” way to do things. She was extremely communicative- always responsive, but also proactive about checking in, sharing updates, and making sure we were on the same page. We were genuinely sad when our time with Danielle came to an end. She became such a trusted and comforting presence during a really special and vulnerable time in our lives, and we’re so grateful she was part of those early weeks with our son. I would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a night doula.

I'm Annie Hill, a Certified Community-Based Doula, retired home birth midwife, doula educator, and an enrolled Arkansas Medicaid doula provider now accepting Medicaid clients in Cabot and Central Arkansas. Whether you're planning your first baby, hoping for a VBAC, navigating a high-risk pregnancy, or simply looking for an experienced guide, I'm here to help you understand your options, communicate confidently with your healthcare team, and feel supported every step of the way. It's to make sure you have the knowledge, support, and confidence to make them for yourself. If you're looking for an experienced doula who will respect your voice, support your goals, and walk beside you through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, I'd be honored to meet you.

In 2019 I started my "trying" journey. I had two children previously but due to a contraceptive implant issue I was struggling to get pregnant for a third time. Annie guided me on how to advocate for myself which helped me be officially diagnosed with PCOS and a difficulty ovulating by December 2020. Early 2021 I was able to get medicinal intervention and get pregnant with my sweet littlest. I relied heavily on Annie's advice about diet, exercise, remembering to listen to my body, and advocating for myself. I suffered the third trimester with chronic nosebleeds, turns out was an open lesion in my left sinus. I would have just given in and let it go if not for the gentle and kindly advice. Annie lives 6 hours away from me, and if it weren't for little Eevee being born in less than that, she would have been here for her birth. But I had her in my heart, mind, and ear helping me advocate for the best delivery I could have. Since then, I have continued to keep a close friendship with Annie, and can easily say that if you want the very best care and to feel like you not only matter but are family, Annie Hill is the very best of the best.

I have always been intrigued by the magic of the human body and healing and I wanted to be part of the medical world but not in the typical western fashion- hence all my studies in complementary and alternative therapies. Women’s health is a particular area of interest for me as I have had to navigate this overwhelming and often scary space while dealing with endometriosis, infertility and loss and I vowed to help women get curious about their health and their bodies, to feel empowered and to trust their intuition and ask the hard questions over and over until their questions have been answered fully. Birth work is something I feel drawn to do. I am fascinated with it and in awe of the process, the power, the beauty and the rawness of it all. Watching the birth of a baby, a mother, a father, a family….. gives me goosebumps every single time. No birth or beginning is ever the same. Your journey matters to me, your voice matters to me.

Recent review

Michelle was amazing to work with. As first time parents, she gave constant reassurance on what we were doing and provided us with helpful tools to use during pregnancy. When we finally went to the hospital (on Thanksgiving), she met us with calming energy and made the experience much better. She was constantly explaining to me what was going on and she was someone I could lean on when I didn't know what was happening/what to do. Michelle stayed by our side during the entire birth process and even when my wife had to go into surgery due to a birth complication. Michelle continues to reach out to us to check in on our baby girl.

Hi there, my name is Joann. I am deeply passionate about birth work and understand that each pregnancy and birth experience is unique. My goal is to provide evidence-informed care that empowers families to make the choices that feel right for them. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to support families in the language they feel most comfortable with. When I’m not supporting families, I’m busy with my three children and two Frenchton pups. I love connecting with people, sharing knowledge, and helping parents feel confident and supported during this transformative time.

Recent review

Joann was such an incredible support to us throughout pregnancy, labour, and postpartum. Our baby is 6 months old now and when I think of his birth, I remember how amazing it was to have Joann there. I had a planned c-section after a very traumatic delivery with my first, so I knew I wanted a doula by my side, but also to support hubby in case he needed it. Throughout pregnancy, Joann was a cheerleader, always there to talk. When our little guy decided he couldn’t wait until his planned c-section date, Joann pivoted and met us as at the hospital as soon as we needed her. She came with her bag of tricks (lol) to help me through labour (a labour I wasn’t anticipating because of the scheduled c-section), which progressed so quickly, and she was so great at ensuring both myself and hubby were supported where and when we needed. She took beautiful pics too and stayed with us until we were settled in our room. The overnight visits were a game changer, too! We love and appreciate Joann, and couldn’t imagine what the experience would have been like without her! I’ve given birth without a doula, and with a doula - having Joann there was the experience any mama deserves when having a baby <3

I wear many titles with pride — Wife, Mother, Birth & Postpartum Doula, Lactation Specialist, and Massage therapist , and Author. But at the heart of it all, I’m simply someone who is devoted to women’s health, healing, and empowerment. My passion for nurturing others comes from a long line of generous souls — my mother, my grandparents, whose kindness and selflessness shaped who I am today. My grandfather devoted his life to serving his community, and my grandmother has always been the quiet backbone of our family, giving from the heart without hesitation. Their example taught me that true generosity is showing up for others with love and presence, and that principle runs through every part of my work. I’m a proud graduate of the Holistic Massage Training Institute, where I began my journey into bodywork and holistic healing. Over the years, I’ve specialized in prenatal, fertility, infant, and postpartum massage, helping women release physical tension and rediscover balance in their bodies. I also help many clients find relief from chronic neck and lower back pain, drawing on more than four years of therapeutic experience. In 2020, I founded a private practice specializing in pregnancy and postpartum manual therapy. Over the years of practice, I have helped over 300+ women relieve pain, improve mobility, and prepare for birth. My educational journey has included studies at Anne Arundel Community College and Western Governors University, and midwifery studies through the National College of Midwifery while apprenticing under several licensed midwives. I have attended over 50+ births in a mix of hospitals, home births, and birthing centers. My calling toward birth work was born of my own motherhood journey. My first childbirth experience showed me the power of a supportive birth team, but my second reminded me how deeply a lack of support can impact a woman. That moment became the turning point that led me to dedicate my life to women’s wellness — ensuring that every woman feels seen, supported, and cared for during one of life’s most transformative experiences. In 2022, I was honored to receive the Good Heart Award from The Shades of Blue Project during Black Maternal Health Week, recognizing my commitment to uplifting and caring for families in the birthing community. My work has also been featured in publications such as Motherly, Beauty Boost Baltimore, and Voyage Baltimore. Every client I serve, every birth I attend, and every family I serve is an extension of that same legacy of care that was passed down from my family. I’m here to create spaces where women feel safe, nurtured, and empowered to trust their bodies — because generosity, to me, is the act of helping others remember their own strength.

I wish we could have had her longer. She is a true blessing!!

Geeta supported our family as an overnight doula during the first few weeks of our daughter’s life, and having her in our home was such a relief and a pleasure. I specialize in breast or bottle feeding support and troubleshooting, multiples, and newborn sleep. I also have years of experience and am comfortable with preemies and NICU babies. My personality is casual, friendly, and warm, and I bring my sense of humor with me everywhere. Clients appreciate my calm nature and positivity, as well as the resources I provide to get them through anything that might arise. I often hear, "I wish I had doula support for my other babies!", and "We got so much more sleep than we would have without you." Let's work together to figure out your needs and how I can best support you.

Sara is incredible! From the initial interview we knew she would be great. She has so much experience and it really shows. She didn’t just help take care of our daughter at night, she basically sleep trained her and helped us set up a day time schedule so her nights would be super easy and chill. In less than a month, our daughter is sleeping incredibly with just 2 super quick feeds. She is loving, caring, trustworthy, and reliable! Couldn’t recommend enough. Sara can share my contact if you want to reach out and discuss!

Bailey was my doula through Blooming Families! She was wonderful throughout my pregnancy and birth. I was happily surprised that her services were covered by my insurance. Bailey helped me know what to expect for birth and helped me made educated decisions in regard to my birth plan. She attended my birth (despite it begins 3.5 weeks early). Throughout my birth she helped advocate for my wishes and encouraged my husband in ways he could best support me! She also checked in with me postpartum. I am so grateful for her support and recommend her services, especially for first time moms!
