I am a CAPPA-certified Postpartum Doula and experienced Baby Nurse with over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting newborns, children, and adults in both hospital and private home settings. My clinical background includes serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Providence Saint John’s and Cedars-Sinai in the Pediatrics, Postpartum, and Oncology units, where I developed a strong foundation in maternal-newborn care, patient advocacy, and compassionate support. My transition into full-time postpartum and newborn care was a natural calling. After years of walking alongside families in the hospital — including supporting patients through deeply vulnerable moments — I felt drawn toward the beginning of life, where I could nurture, guide, and empower mothers during one of their most transformative seasons. I bring a calm, reassuring presence into the home, along with strong clinical awareness, newborn expertise, and a deep respect for each family’s unique parenting style. I have cared for children from newborn through adolescence and am especially passionate about helping new mothers recover confidently, establish feeding routines, and feel supported both physically and emotionally. Families describe me as attentive, knowledgeable, nurturing, and trustworthy. It is an honor to support mothers as they heal, bond, and step into their new role with confidence. I would love the opportunity to connect and learn how I can best support your family during this special time.

We are privileged to have employed Jacqueline Baptiste as our post-partum doula since January 2023. Jacqueline has been a fun, extremely reliable and hard-working doula for my four-month old daughter. Jacqueline has a great understanding of the needs and abilities of babies and is nurturing and responsive. Jacqueline has always brought a professional, thoughtful, and organized approach to the care of our child. Jacqueline makes play time fun, and my daughter is always happy to spend time with her. Jacqueline always goes the extra mile and helps with laundry, cleaning, and organization around the house. She does a fantastic job with keeping my daughters’ areas tidy, clean, and sanitized. Jacqueline can work in the intimate family environment with integrity and is trustworthy. We treasure Jacqueline and deeply value her contribution to our family.

America was everything I could have wanted in a newborn care specialist and more. She made those early weeks feel much lighter by giving us an opportunity to get rest while feeling reassured our baby was in the very best hands. She was careful, communicative, warm, and caring. I’m a first time mom and she also gave me helpful tips while being incredibly respectful. We even had her come back when my son was 6 months old and going through a sleep regression to help us get some rest. She has also stayed in touch and remembered our son’s important milestones long after we ended our time together. She is truly a professional while also having the warmth and kindness any mom would want around their newborn. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had a wonderful experience with Tremaine. Before hiring her I was very nervous and she helped me prepare for labor mentality, emotionally and physically. My hospital birth was great all thanks to her. She really helped me a lot during labor by using aromatherapy, massage, positive affirmation, and guiding me on movements to help me cope with contractions. After labor she continued checking on me and gave me great advice that helped me heal. I recommend Tremaine because she has very caring, helpful and knowledgeable.

Judith was the night nurse for our twins from 0-3 months, and from the day we came home from the hospital she taught us not only how to get the twins to sleep at night (and not wake up), but also how to care for them during the day. She set us up with eating and sleeping schedules that would best benefit their nighttime sleep patterns, and advised us on which swaddles, white noise machines, formulas, and bottles to buy. Her expertise helped us in so many ways. She was quick to notice a couple of dietary issues the twins had, which saved us days if not weeks of nonstop crying babies. She was calm and confident and professional, and by the end of her 12-week period with us the twins were regularly sleeping through the night. Judith made the first weeks of our twins’ lives exponentially more manageable and we highly recommend her.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Candice. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She answered every question I had with patience and made me feel completely comfortable during a time that can feel overwhelming for new moms. One of the things I appreciated most was that she came to my home. Being able to get help in my own environment made such a difference because she could see exactly how I was feeding, pumping, and positioning the baby in real life. It made the support feel much more practical and personalized. She was also extremely accessible and responsive. Whenever I had questions after our visit, she was available by text and always took the time to respond with thoughtful advice and reassurance. What I loved most was that she didn't just focus on me, she included my partner as well. She showed him helpful techniques and tips so he could support the process too, which made us feel like a team. We were struggling with latch/clicking sounds during feeding and thinking there was a possible tongue/lip tie and uncertain who to go to and how to go about getting it checked out. Candice gave us great recommendations for trusted specialists to follow up with. Having that guidance made navigating everything so much easier. I truly can't recommend her enough. Her kindness, knowledge, and ongoing support made a huge difference in our breastfeeding journey.

I am so thankful that a close friend of mine recommended Veronica Hinojosa-Stang and Baby Nurse & Doula Services to me as my postpartum doula and newborn night nurse for my twin babies. My friend had twins 10 years ago, and Veronica provided her with the same care and attention that she gave to me and my newborn twins, who were born at 36 weeks. I am a single mother and first-time parent, and I feel so fortunate to have had Veronica and her colleague care for my twin girls from birth through their first 11 weeks. Caring for newborn twins is no small feat, especially when both babies are fussy or crying at the same time, and Veronica was a tremendous help during such an important and demanding time. Every night, she made sure all the bottles were washed, formula was mixed and ready for the next day, clean baby laundry was folded and put away, and other essential supplies were replenished. Veronica also provided me with a great list of baby-care items that she finds indispensable. I used almost all of her suggestions, and they were all incredibly helpful. She was caring, dependable, and attentive to the girls' needs, helping me, my mom, and other family members staying with me navigate those early weeks with greater confidence and peace of mind. I chose to sleep through the night while Veronica cared for my babies, and she handled them beautifully. I almost never heard them cry during the night. When I extended my contract, Veronica also provided a wonderful backup night nurse from her professional team who continued the same level of care for my babies. Her support made a real difference to my mental and physical well-being, and I am incredibly grateful for the care she gave my girls. I would happily recommend Veronica Hinojosa-Stang and Baby Nurse & Doula Services to any family looking for a loving, reliable, and experienced newborn night nurse, especially families welcoming twins or multiples.

Hello Everyone! My name is Donna Moragne-Hanson. I'm a licensed midwife in Los Angeles, CA providing well-woman, pre-conception, prenatal/postpartum midwifery care, childbirth education, lactation support, and doula support from the privacy of my in-home birthing studio. Here you & your family are provided with everything you need for a safe, comfortable and peaceful birth. Receive up to 24 Golden Hours of "Mothering the Mother" & newborn postpartum care as you enjoy 3 homemade meals prepared to restore, center and balance your body before journeying home with your new babe. I offer specialty services such as yoni steams, healing herbal baths, add-on postpartum midwifery care packages and "Closing of the Bones" ceremony which brings spiritual closure to your birth. For me, establishing trust with my client is the most important and fundamental. My practice is built on nurturing trust and learning to let go of the things we allow to interfere with trust. I want to encourage trusting in yourself; trusting in your body (and the natural process of giving birth); trusting in your baby (and their own divinely written birth story); trusting in humanity (and the world your baby is born into) and trusting in our partnership, as client and midwife. I believe, "when a woman is heard, she is seen; when she is seen, she has a voice"; and as her midwife I am compelled to encourage her to honor that voice; her voice. In this way I believe I am blessed with an opportunity to fulfill my role as supporter, facilitator, educator and client advocate; the ultimate calling of a midwife. For me, describing the process of birth is like trying to describe a miracle; and walking with a woman as she becomes a mother is even more profound…I am beyond words. Donna, LM, CPM

My goal is to help birthing people find an empowered way through whatever comes up for them, and for them to feel supported and seen throughout the process. I worked with Stephanie prenatally, during labor/delivery, and postpartum too. She was wonderful to work with, a great listener, guided me and my husband well through what we could expect with having our first child, supported me through my various anxieties, and really showed up for us during labor. She was a vital advocate for me while I was at the hospital. She is knowledgable about Spinning Babies (and has received their training), did a visualization exercise with my husband and I in thinking about the unknowns of parenthood and embracing all that was to come, and she was ready and prepared to support us when she came to the hospital. She supported me emotionally and physically through early labor and all the various interventions that became necessary because I was not dilating and my labor was not progressing. Loved working with Stephanie and would recommend her to anyone for support during the birth or new mom phase of life.

Hello, my name is Stella! I am eager to support you throughout your reproductive journey, from early planning to postpartum. My main role as a doula and educator is to provide you and your family unit with evidence-based information, guide you to make intuitive decisions, provide your physical body with healing touch and pain-relieving techniques, and support the co-regulation of your nervous system through listening, breathwork, continuity of care, and tenderness during any phase of your reproductive journey. I am passionate and fierce about this work, while providing much needed humor and levity. Our experience with Melanie was nothing short of exceptional. Melanie was our NCS from the day our son was born until 6 months of age. She truly operated as the Lead NCS for our household, setting the standard for everyone else and ensuring that everything ran seamlessly. Her level of organization was outstanding. Melanie was always proactive about keeping me informed on anything that needed restocking and made sure our home was consistently well prepared and fully supplied. Melanie’s commitment to hygiene and safety was a huge stand out for us. She maintained the highest standards of cleanliness in caring for our newborn and was incredibly diligent about safe sleep practices at all times, which gave us real peace of mind. Every night, she provided thoughtful, consistent updates so we always knew exactly how our son was doing. Melanie also took the initiative to organize and coordinate the nightly schedule between myself and the other staff, ensuring everyone was aligned and that care was consistent. All of our son’s feeding, sleeping, and changing items were always perfectly organized and ready, making everything feel effortless. Beyond technical skills, Melanie brought a level of professionalism and leadership that elevated our entire household. She truly ran a well-managed, attentive, and calm environment for our son, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and structure she provided during such an important time. We hope to have her back for baby #2!
