Today was my first visit with Dr. Blanchet and it was so wonderful! The warm welcoming environment and her knowledgeable touch was exactly what I needed. I walked out of her office feeling wonderful and armed with new stretches to help with my hip issues. I will be back!

Lauren is amazing! She helped me build my birth plan and was able to bring her own experience and knowledge to help me make educated decisions. I ended up having to be medically induced early, and she talked through my birth plan with me again and helped me make adjustments. Day of, it was SO helpful to have her in the room to talk through decisions because the midwife was giving recommendations to change my birth plan, and it was so helpful to have a third party person who was educated in L&D to be able to talk this through with and come to the best conclusion for me. In the midst of giving birth, she was so helpful, attending to our every need. Because we had met ahead of time and she really took the time to get to know my goals and desires, she was able to advocate for me. I had precipitous labor, so things escalated quickly. At one point, my midwife asked me a question about pain meds that needed an immediate response. I was mid-contraction and unable to speak, but Lauren jumped in with no hesitation and communicated exactly what I wanted to say! She was also able to help keep my husband calm and engaged during our baby’s birth, and even he said he was so thankful Lauren was there with us! I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to anyone interested in hiring a doula!

From the beginning to the very end, Nia had been with us every step of the way. From teaching me massaging techniques to help my wife to keeping us well informed when we had questions, Nia is the epitome of professionalism. She was very patient, kind and caring to my wife throughout the whole birthing process and even checks on us till this day, if anyone is in need of a Doula, Nia Dariso is the lady for the job!

Mislene was amazing. Her knowledge made me feel comfortable when making decisions during my labor and delivery. It gave my fiancé the confidence to be able to advocate for me in times I could not. We felt prepared and supported during my delivery and pregnancy. She was there to answer any of my questions and ask questions I would not have thought of at my doctor appointments as well. I would recommend her to anyone.

An Incredibly Positive and Blessed Experience with Abbie! As a first time mom, I cannot speak highly enough about the support and care I received from Abbie. From our very first meeting, it was clear that she was not only knowledgeable and experienced but also deeply compassionate. She took the time to get to know our preferences, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout my entire pregnancy journey. She was great with communication and provided us with resources throughout pregnancy for birth prep. When labor came, Abbie was calm, present, and prepared. She gave us reassurance and confidence in our birth plan/decisions throughout, while respecting the space and prioritizing baby's health. She was present throughout all of labor (A LONG TIME) and was able to help me try different positions, offer hands on support and holistic pain relief strategies, prayer, Bible verses, positive affirmations and encouraged me to eat & drink. Her presence made all the difference—I felt empowered and confident knowing she was there advocating for me and my baby. What truly stands out about Abbie is her ability to create a warm, non-judgmental space, no matter what the circumstances, and her shared faith which allowed me to open up and feel comfortable having her at my birth. She was prepared during the labor process and helped my husband and I feel confident. Thanks to her support and expertise, I felt so much more prepared for the challenges of labor and postpartum. I couldn’t have asked for a better doula, and I highly recommend her to anyone. I also want to share that I originally was skeptical of having a doula, but after many prayers I am so grateful we found Abbie and had her support during my unmedicated birth. God is good! Thank you, Abbie, for being such a vital part of our birth story and for helping us bring our baby girl into this world!

I cannot recommend Barb highly enough. From early in my pregnancy through the birth of our son, she was an incredible source of knowledge, encouragement, and support. The education she provided made a world of difference. She helped me understand what to expect, prepared us for the many decisions that come with labor, and gave my husband the knowledge and confidence to be an informed, supportive birth partner. She was always available to answer questions and helped us feel empowered instead of overwhelmed. I originally hired a doula because I was terrified of giving birth. As a first-time mom, my biggest goal was simply not to come away feeling traumatized. I never imagined that the birth of our child would become one of the most cherished memories of my life. Barb played such a huge role in making that possible. During labor, she was especially invaluable in helping us understand our options and make informed decisions about the timing of comfort measures and interventions. Rather than feeling like things were just happening to us, we felt involved, educated, and in control during an inherently unpredictable experience. Barb’s calm presence, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. We feel incredibly grateful to have had her by our side throughout this journey, and I truly can’t imagine doing it without her. She will always be a special part of our son’s birth story, and we recommend her wholeheartedly to any family preparing to welcome a baby.

Chawnie was the best doula our family could’ve asked for. Prior to and during the birth, she always helped us be as informed as possible. She also never pressured us into a single way of doing things, but acted as a guide for us to make the best decisions for me and my baby. Since my child was born, she’s remained a loving person I consider a part of our extended family and I would recommend her to anyone pregnant looking for a doula.

Review of Doula: Molly Raynor- long but thorough First to give some background information about myself: I am 38 years old, mother of four, two high risk pregnancies, used Molly for three out of the four births. Note: I do have a great husband who helped me throughout the pregnancy and birthing process but he would even say Molly helped in ways he couldn't enter into nor wanted to- 1st Pregnancy/ Delivery: 2015 I did not used a doula for my first pregnancy/birth because I thought I could handle the pain, the process, the unknowns because I was a student athlete in college; but I was naive and foolish. I did not education myself on the birth process, options available nor any postpartum possibilities. It was an incredibly difficult pregnancy with intense nausea and poor eating and exercise habits. In labor and delivery the baby was stuck on my pelvic bone, it was three hours of pushing, throwing up, and almost ended in a c section but the doctor used a vacuum to pull baby out. Recovery was a long road and the memory of it all felt like a train wreck. 2nd Pregnancy/Delivery: Macon, Ga. 2016 I called Molly right after a positive pregnancy test. This pregnancy was much better because we monitored my diet and exercise so I could handle all the ups and downs of nausea and appropriate weight gain. At 20 weeks this pregnancy turned into high risk as the baby had a spot on her kidneys. Molly helped me navigate the unknowns of going to obgyn and high risk doctors. At 34 weeks baby tried to come and I was sent to the hospital for steroid shot and bed rest, Molly was there with me through this process. Finally at 39 weeks baby girl decided it was time to meet everyone. Molly made the 2 hour drive to Macon, GA from Atlanta, GA to assist me. It was an uneventful birth of 12 hours. I was planning on going natural but the pain caught up with me and I ended up with an epidural and a baby an hour later. Molly comforted me in that I wasn't any less than a mom because I made a change in my birth plan. I had a lot of guilt about this that she helped me shift through. She held me through the epidural and then attended to the baby post birth to make sure all the nurses and doctors followed my birth plan exactly. She became what I found most helpful as my "external thinking brain" because during the pains of labor and post birth highs, I was in my own world; Molly was the one who kept me balanced and helped the staff stay on track to my wishes. 3rd Pregnancy/Delivery: Cartersville, Ga. 2021 Again, called Molly as soon as we knew we were pregnant. This time I knew I wanted an unmedicated birth and expressed that earnestly. Molly quickly and thoroughly got me resources to watch, read, listen to so I could prepare my body and mind. She would send me videos, I would put in the mental and physical effort to obtain my goal. This pregnancy went by fast, maybe with other two kids in full swing of life. But found myself at 38 weeks with contractions every 20 minutes apart and headed to see my midwife. She confirmed I was in active labor and sent us to the hospital. Molly kept my labor from stalling by using different techniques: birthing ball, walking halls with me, rubbing backing during contractions and many other options. With my water breaking, I quickly went from 8cm to 10cm to pushing. Molly worked with my midwife to think through different pushing positions to help baby. Finally after 30 mins of pushing, I held my baby. Molly again took over watching baby and making sure what I wanted on my birth plan was followed, nothing more, nothing less. Fourth pregnancy/delivery: Rome, GA. 2025 This was my hardest pregnancy, maybe due to age, the unexpected positive pregnancy because of a blood clotting disorder and the fact of older kids and their activities. Again, I saw a high risk doctor and an OB. We planned for another unmedicated birth by watching videos, listening to audio books, and walking through all the details we could forsee and control. With a more serious situation of my blood clotting we walked more thoroughly through c section possibly, my wants, my goals, the medicine I can and can't have and the NICU possibilities. I started having consisent contractions at 36 weeks and went on bed rest. These contractions stayed and made rush to the hospital a few times. Finally at 39 weeks 4 days, my water broke and was 5cm. Molly and I did everything we could to progress labor with many different stretches, poses, walking, miles circuit, and yet after 18 hours, I hadn't progressed any but was exhausted from the intense but irregular contractions. My gut told me baby was stuck on my pelvic bone and I couldn't keep going without an epidural. With a long conversation with Molly and the labor and delivery nurse, I knew it was what was best for me. Molly held me again during the epidural and they positioned me so baby would descend and within an hour I was pushing. Molly and the labor and delivery nurse worked together to put me in the best pushing positions. Again, post birth, Molly instantly attended and followed the baby around. Molly helped me a lot post partum this pregnancy as the baby blues were very strong and overwhelming. I could call and talk with her anytime. She encouraged me of the good things, listened to me express my sadness of not being pregnant and just helped me navigate waters that I thought I could cross by myself. Personal aspect: Molly not only became a source of strength for me each pregnancy but a comfort that she would advocate for me and my baby. Having her by my side gave me confidence to approach the unknown and yet allowed us to control the controlables. I can't recommend her enough, she knew when to be serious, when to make me laugh, when to be firm with me and the hospital staff, and when to let things be. Note other things she did worth mentioning: Came to my OB appointments to meet my midwife and doctors. Toured all three different hospitals with me to know where and how to get to labor and delivery. Made a hospital labor and post delivery snack bag. Made texting groups for family and friends to keep them posted on labor and delivery. Handed out copies of my birth plan to labor and delivery staff. Helped me with postpartum blues. Helped me with breastfeeding techniques and proper latch. Gave me a post partum visit each pregnancy to check on me and baby.

Alejandra was very supportive as my doula and I am grateful to have had them as part of my birthing team. We collaborated to create my ideal birth plan and they helped expose me to considerations I had not previously thought of. They gracefully adapted with me as my plans developed in real time. The prenatal appointments helped me feel more empowered and knowledgeable about what to expect throughout the phases of pregnancy, during birth, and postpartum. Alejandra was a grounding and compassionate presence throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. I highly recommend working with them! Should I have another child, I definitely want them as part of my team!

Adrienne has become like a third parent to our family — indispensable during both the transition to life with our first child and again with our second. Her overnight care allowed me to get much-needed rest so I could regain my strength and be fully present during the day. Adrienne’s love for babies is obvious in everything she does: she’s meticulous and thoughtful (hand-washing and boiling bottles rather than relying on gadgets, emptying the diaper pail, prepping fruit) and even leaves helpful notes for us. She’s always punctual and professional while remaining warm and reassuring, which empowered me as a new parent. Both children were sleep-trained by two months, thanks in part to her consistent, confident care. We look forward to her visits, genuinely miss her when she’s gone, and wholeheartedly recommend Adrienne to any family seeking compassionate, competent postpartum support.

I worked with Candice during Covid and she did not skip a beat. She provided us with virtual services that could not be matched. As someone going through pregnancy, labor, and delivery for the first time, during this period of social distancing the experience felt somewhat isolating and intimidating. But Candice answered every question and calmed my nerves with her confident reassurance throughout. I’m very grateful to have been able to work with her.

We hired Chan for newborn/postpartum support and she was absolutely amazing. Our little one was in the nicu after birth and the care and attentiveness she showed was astounding

I hired Maddy as my doula for my second pregnancy/delivery. She was always there for me and I always felt fully supported. My goal was to have a natural delivery without medication— but the hospital required I be induced as my tendency was to carry longer. She helped me labor comfortably with various techniques; aromatherapy, movement, hydrotherapy, etc. I was able to labor to 7 cm before I opted for the epidural, and I’m so thankful she was there to help me get to that point. She remained with me well after delivery to support me through the hemorrhage I endured. Maddy was such a blessing to us, and I will certainly use her again!

Dionne, you were such an amazing help to both Matthew and I! I loved meeting your family and having you alongside us through labor! We would not have had the experience we did if it was not for your support and encouragement and energy! Thank you so so so much!!!

- Kayla E.

Loved her, broke down everything very easily and went over a lot of experiences. Whether you’re at home, at her place or at the hospital. She’s indeed with you for the whole process. Even though my wife was the one having our son. Janis made sure everyone was comfortable and ofc I didn’t mind being evolved throughout the whole experience. I’m actually very pleased that Janis was our doula, and my wife loved her as well. Thank you again

Me and my husband just had our 3rd baby, and decided it would be helpful to have a postpartum doula join us during my postpartum recovery period. Let's face it, we were officially out numbered and breastfeeding a little we had our hands full and could use a little help. Brittany was a beautiful match for our home. She has an amazingly warm energy about her and so knowledgeable in herbalism. She jumped right in to help where we needed her to, from helping with the kids, laundry, and dishes. It was so helpful in time where I am not 100% yet. She also offered a kind ear to hear my birth story and offered some good advice on how to navigate our new family dynamic. So appreciative to have met such a kind soul and highly recommend her during your postpartum journey.

Soulex the Doula has been incredible in mine and my child’s life. I wanted to leave a shining review but struggled even capturing the positive impact of my time with Soulex the Doula, in words. I really hope I do justice to what this time meant to me. Alexus post-partum doula support was life altering in the most vulnerable time I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had 2 children and only worked with Lex with my first born. Let me just say, her energy was deeply missed the second time around. I live in a different state now but at the time, Lex did SO MUCH. She helped with nursing, even in the middle of the night for my exclusively breast fed baby, she would stay over to make sure I had the most restful night I could. The baby would wake, and Lex would wake pick her up and latch her to my nipple while I rest, leaving me virtually undisturbed. Lex changed night diapers, and would rock my daughter back to sleep while I slept. During the day visits, Lex would take care of baby while I got time for ME. I could shower, get ready, and feel beautiful in such a strange time. Lex gave me support with getting back in connection with my body through movement with dance and stretching practices. I would have NEVER known this was meaningful work, otherwise. Lex also gave a lot of spiritual guidance and support as a medium while I was personally going through the shifts from new motherhood. She would clean my home, help me organize, or rearrange on a whim. It was nothing short of magical, and genuinely felt like I had a little fairy god mother around the house doing things without me even having to think about it - let alone lift a finger. The bond I watched her grow with my daughter at 4 months old was incredibly special. And now, as a 7 year old, they still stay in touch. We love you, Lex and you really feel like a part of the family for life. Thank you for you’re love, your care, your intention, your intuition, and your raw passion for what you do. From the bottom of my heart, Qui.
