At Rooted in Care, we believe families deserve honest information, steady support, and the space to make decisions that truly align with their values. We understand that navigating pregnancy and birth can feel complex, especially within healthcare systems that don’t always leave room for meaningful conversation or clarity. Our role as doulas is to walk alongside you with calm, knowledgeable support. We provide evidence-based information, emotional reassurance, and practical comfort so you feel confident in your choices—whether you are planning a hospital birth, navigating medical complexities, or exploring alternative care options. We believe in balance. Rooted in Care supports collaboration with medical providers while also centering your right to informed consent and respectful care. We don’t approach birth from fear or from blind trust, but from understanding—helping you feel grounded, prepared, and supported through each stage of the process. Families often choose Rooted in Care when they want a doula who listens closely, communicates clearly, and remains steady in moments that feel uncertain. We are committed to showing up with integrity, presence, and compassion before, during, and after birth. Rooted in Care offers a hybrid program to be more flexible to all moms, no matter where you live! A hybrid doula care program blends virtual support with in-person elements (where possible) to support moms through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period — especially useful for out-of-state moms who can’t have a doula physically present for all phases of care. Virtual (Online) Support This is done through: Video calls (Zoom/FaceTime) for education and planning Phone/text support for encouragement and questions Remote labor support where the doula coaches you and your support partner in real time during early labor Education sessions on pregnancy, birth plans, comfort measures, and postpartum topics Virtual doulas help with birth planning, emotional support, and postpartum adjustment through screens, messaging, and scheduled calls. In-Person Support (When Safe/Possible) In-person visits during and after birth Hands-on postpartum help if the doula travels or partners with local doulas (This depends on the provider’s location and travel policies.)

Hi, I’m Reyna, and I’m honored to support families through one of the most meaningful transitions of their lives. I am a DONA-certified birth and postpartum doula, as well as a certified childbirth educator, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized care. My background includes extensive experience as a nanny, where I developed a deep understanding of newborn care, child development, and the day-to-day needs of growing families. I also have experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with autism. This has strengthened my ability to provide patient, adaptable, and family-centered support in a variety of situations. As your doula, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where you feel heard, informed, and confident in your choices. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, or adjusting to life with your newborn, I am here to walk alongside you with encouragement and care. I believe every family deserves to feel supported, respected, and nurtured—and it would be a privilege to be part of your journey. I offer flexible pricing for premium services tailored to you, with optional add-ons, as well as discounted services for low-income families and military/veterans! Let's work with your budget and I would be happy to discuss what services of mine that would include. Of course it would have full labor amd birth, some post partum hours to make sure you guys get settled and have a snooth transition, childbirth education if desired, as well as lactation guidance, and other things as well! We can always adjust based on the services you are seeking. Other services I offer: Breastmilk jewelry Teething education Potty training education Night Nanny CPR and AED certified Childbirth Education Classes and Handouts

Reyna was honestly such a huge help for our family, especially in those first few weeks. She supported me with breastfeeding in a way that felt patient and encouraging, never pushy or overwhelming. Whenever I was struggling or unsure, she took the time to walk me through things and made me feel a lot more confident. Her night nanny support was a lifesaver too. Being able to rest knowing our baby was in such caring and capable hands made a world of difference. She handled everything so calmly and gently, and I always felt at ease. What really makes Reyna stand out is how real and caring she is. She shows up with so much warmth and genuinely wants to help. It never felt like just hiring someone—it felt like having someone in our corner. Shr was always there to pick up the phone or answer a text. I’d absolutely recommend her to any family needing extra support.

Hi! I'm a postpartum doula building on a lifetime of loving babies and littles. Beginning with babysitting as a young teen, my fascination with and delight in tiny humans has fueled much of my volunteer and ministry work over the years. Now that I'm mom to 3 pretty incredible young adults, I was thrilled to find the field of postpartum doula work that is such a natural fit! I did my CAPPA training in May 2024, and completed the certification process in June 2025. What a gift and honor it is to be invited into a client’s home and to support and encourage new families as they make the transition to adding a new little person to their mix! Remembering so well how it feels to be a new mom, I love to help make life as easy as I can during this sweet and exhausting time! Cedar Park has been home for 11 years. Outside of my doula work, I'm cheering on my kids' various activities, having a great meal with my husband, or curled up with a good book.

Tara worked with us as a postpartum doula for our newborn baby earlier this year (2025) for around 2 months. I would highly recommend Tara as your postpartum doula. The reasons for my recommendation are as follows: 1. Tara is a very good doula. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves caring for babies. She is evidence-based in her approaches, and she is a good teacher too -- she always explains her methods and ideas in a very clear manner. For example, she taught us about baby sleep cycles and how to tell which phase the baby is in. This practical knowledge really helped us understand our baby's sleep patterns. 2. Tara is very professional and always courteous. She is very polite, and has a warm personality. It is very easy to talk to Tara, from baby related topics to interesting experiences in life, and everything in between. 3. Tara is a trustworthy person. When Tara worked with us, I always felt very comfortable leaving my baby with Tara. I know that my baby will be in good hands, and that gives me peace of mind, and I can focus on running errands or getting some sleep. I highly recommend Tara to any family seeking caring, professional postpartum support.
