I considered being a doula for several years during college before getting my training in September of 2024. I am passionate about helping pregnant women release fear associated with birth, and help them prepare for it as much as possible. I believe the moment of birth can and should be one of connection, empowerment, and joy rather than chaos and stress. With the right tools and support, that vision can become a reality.
