Meredith is a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, certified women’s hormone specialist, cycle + fertility coach, menstruation educator, and mother to three amazing kids, ages 7, 5 and 3. She loves everything about the menstrual cycle–hormones, menstruation, fertility, birth, postpartum, and menopause. She loves teaching women (and families) how to use their cycle to balance their lives (and their hormones) and accomplish their goals for growing their family, or not. But Birth has a special place in Meredith’s heart. She came to birth work on a Thursday afternoon driving home from her Human Resources job.
