I am a mama to a hilarious four year old with a decade of experience in healthcare as a registered nurse. After becoming a mother I realized that the health of mothers is foundational to the health of the planet. Over the past five years, I have used my experience as a critical care nurse and research nurse to dive deep into the current research and traditional wisdom on optimizing pregnancy, postpartum, and childcare in alignment with our biology as humans. Since 2020, I have been supporting mothers and families as a holistic postpartum care provider and certified lactation consultant. I value family, thriving health, true informed consent, and the natural world. I believe if we get still and listen to our deep inner knowing it will not lead us astray. As a new mother, so much conflicting information is thrown at us.
