Give birth at home 2500 Low intervention, chill, low light
Looking for midwife in my area. I am open to home or hospital birth.
Interested in a doula or midwife. Wanting more information.
Im just looking for a midwife cause im not sure if my hospital will take my insurance so I need a backup also I want as natural a birth as possible and relaxing.
ideally i’d like to give birth in some sort of birth center where i can possibly do a water birth, but those are really the only details i have. i don’t know what my budget is or what my birth plan is yet.
I am interested in home birth for my first baby. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and hope to run it through that. Still defining my birth plan, but would love for it to be at home, unmedicated, minimal intervention…allowing my body to do its natural thing and be empowered by kind supportive humans. :)
I’m looking to do a waterbirth, Possibly a home birth if I’m able to. I do have history of preterm birth. My first baby was born at 23 weeks. I went on to have 3 more full term babies. I took progesterone shots with my 3 pregnancies, so I don’t know if that keeps me from having a water birth/homebirth. I have Medical Assistance for insurance. Would prefer a Christian midwife if possible. I would like as natural of a birth as possible. Skin to skin right away, delayed cord clamping, no bath, baby stays with me.
I would like to find midwife that could help with birth at my home

I would love to give birth at home, but Aetna insurance does not cover home births, so I am considering other options.
Looking to birth in a birthing center or hospital. Looking to do natural birth
I plan to give birth at home. The cheapest way possible.
I plan to give birth at home, where I would be most comfortable. This would be my first child. I want a midwife (versus obgyn) because they are skilled in vaginal deliveries and that is very important for me. I also appreciate that I wouldn't have to worry about driving somewhere while in labor. I like to avoid pharmaceuticals. I use homeopathies, supplements and I would take herbal remedies before using pharmaceuticals. I don't want my midwife to be using crystals or "checking energies". My Christian faith is very important to me and my husband being there to support me in the birth is important too. I have not made a budget yet.
I would love to birth at home Looking to see if my insurance (South country Health alliance) covers midwife’s.
