Planning delivery at home, in my bed. I’m 12 wks 6 days as of 9/30/26. Baby’s healthy and heartbeat is steady 165-169bpm. This is my second pregnancy. we have a 2 year old girl that was delivered my mercy midwifery at the hospital. I’m looking to give a natural and traditional delivery with the back up plan of going to Mercy. We are out of pocket cost for this child. Seeking the right woman to help me through this different journey.

Just found out I'm pregnant with 5th baby, due date calculated to be 6/2/2027. Have done all natural, no epidural births with the other 4 - all in hospital setting with midwife. Two were at St. Francis in Cape, the other 2 in another state. Looking for comprehensive prenatal care with ultrasounds and check ups. Willing to do home birth, but also willing to travel up to 50-80 miles to birthing center or hospital. Just don't want conventional doctors and nurses trying to give orders, unnecessary meds or keep me in a bed during labor.

I am seeking an experienced midwife to assist me in an unmedicated natural home birth. I live in Columbia, MO about 20 min north of downtown. I have recently become a small business owner, and since we are in the first few years of owning this business, my husband and I currently have Medicaid insurance. I am hoping to find a midwife that accepts this insurance, but I am also open to paying out of pocket if I find the right person at a reasonable price. I am dissatisfied with the modern medical model of care and I am disappointed every time I see my traditional OBGYN. I am 34 years old (will be 35 at time of delivery) with no known health issues, normal blood pressure and normal genetic test results. I am currently 18 weeks and this will be my first baby.

I'm pregnant with my second child and looking to compare my options for a home birth, a birthing center, or a hospital. My first was born in a hospital with an MD, if I go to the hospital again I'm considering a CNM instead. I don't know what range of budget someone would need for a home birth or birthing center, I think my insurance will only cover expenses for a hospital birth.

I’m a first-time mom looking for both birth and postpartum doula support. I’m planning to give birth at Mercy Midwifery Center and would love someone who can provide calm, hands-on support during labor, help with comfort measures and natural pain-management techniques, advocate for my birth preferences, and support both me and my husband throughout labor and delivery. For postpartum, I’m looking for someone who can help me feel confident caring for our newborn while also supporting my recovery. I’d appreciate newborn care guidance, feeding/breastfeeding support, soothing techniques, sleep guidance, and general education about what to expect with a newborn and postpartum recovery. I’d also love practical help around the house during those early weeks, including meal prep, dishes, light cleaning, and laundry, so I can focus on resting, healing, breastfeeding, bonding with our baby, and adjusting to being a new mom. I’m especially interested in someone who is experienced, patient, supportive of natural birth, and knowledgeable about both maternal recovery and newborn care.

I need a midwife to come to my home and to be in network with Tricare. I will only be here at fort Leonard wood till middle of November. I plan at home birth but hospital if needed.
