Since she was on my case, she had been there physically mentally and even helped financially when it came down to giving birth and the stretching and being comfortable & believing that your body is made for this because I did have my son naturally she was on the bed with me, helping me to be comfortable. She was walking around the hospital with me helping me to be comfortable. She was helping me labor on the toilet. She had the music going. She had affirmations going. Everything about the experience was amazing and I keep on saying if I ever have another child. Starr is so much more than a birth doula! She is like family. We met before I had my baby and mentioned I wanted to get my hair braided before I went into labor and she said she's a licensed cosmetologist too, so I asked her to braid my hair at our next appointment and she did not disappoint!
