Currently booking fall 2026 and winter 2027, with limited availability remaining for September through December. Beginning Summer 2026, I will be offering office and in-home lactation support Hi there! I’m Andrea Doula, and Newborn Care Specialist with nearly two decades of experience supporting families through every stage of the perinatal journey. My background includes over 10 years in childcare and almost another decade in birth and postpartum work, where I’ve had the honor of helping families welcome their babies with peace, confidence, and support that feels both personal and practical. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, or finding your rhythm with a newborn, my goal is to create a calm, and empowering environment where you feel informed, respected, and cared for. From evidence-based education and emotional support to hands-on newborn care and rest planning, I meet each family right where they are. I believe birth and postpartum are sacred, transformative times that deserve compassionate guidance and genuine connection and it’s my joy to walk alongside families as they grow, helping them feel confident, supported, and never alone in the process.

Working with my Andrea was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. From our prenatal visits, she brought a sense of calm and reassurance that helped put both my husband and I at ease. During labor, her guidance of comfort measures and steady presence helped me stay focused and confident throughout. She anticipated needs before we had to ask and created a supportive environment for everyone. Even after delivery she stayed with us to make sure I felt comfortable, and cared for in those first moments postpartum.

With over 30 years of experience in child care—including 16 years as a center director—I began my work as a postpartum doula in 2018. As a mom of three grown children (including two retired service members) and a proud grandmother of one, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to every family I support. I love helping new moms navigate the fourth trimester with confidence, combining my training and hands-on experience to make a meaningful difference in their transition. Supporting families during this special time is truly my passion. I’m here to answer your questions and walk alongside you on this beautiful journey.

I cannot recommend Blissful Sleep enough! We have used them twice now, and their timeliness and reliability really stood out compared to other services we’ve tried. The doulas are natural at soothing and caring for babies, and they were incredibly helpful with establishing routines. Beyond just childcare, they did dishes, washed bottles and pump parts, and helped with other chores, which gave us more time for sleep. We appreciated how flexible they were. They always adjusted to whatever we needed that specific morning—some days that meant letting the baby sleep as long as possible, and other days they had her changed and fed so she was ready for our morning rush to school/ work. If our baby didn't need anything in the morning they would brew coffee and read to the older kiddos. They go above and beyond to support the whole family.

Throughout the 26-year journey of raising my sons, and being a nanny and caregiver, I have gained knowledge, skill and wisdom. I desire to teach, help and support new moms as they “find their inner mama”. I am there to teach new parents how to care for, soothe, breastfeed, read “cues” and feel confident and comfortable in the care of their babies. As a postpartum doula, my desire is for families to ease into the huge life change of adding a newborn as smoothly as possible, whether it’s their first baby or their fifth, since each child holds it own challenge, and the needs of families ebb and flow with a new child. My heart is to support families in a non-judgmental way in all their needs, whether it’s sleep, advice, holding the baby, helping the baby sleep, preparing a nourishing soup, folding laundry, helping you find resources in your local community, or just being a veteran mom who will listen as you process all the emotions of your transition into motherhood.

I don't know where our family would be without Rebekah's postpartum support! On a typical day, Rebekah will watch the baby while I get a good nap. She'll often cook a healthy snack or make dinner for us to reheat later. She is also a baby & breastfeeding expert and has so much knowledge to share. She has so many good tips about everything from nursing positions to diaper changes to managing sleep. Getting through this tough newborn phase has been so much easier with her guidance!

Luicana has been the best help and support we got during our postpartum journey as a family.. she was always on time, very professional, good at communicating, very caring and careful with our son, on top of his care and schedule/feeding... our son fed very well with her. She also provided a lot of tips on how to organize his sleep schedule/feeding depending on his age, she printed out a pamphlet with all the information needed to train the baby and organize his naps/sleep which was very helpful. She's very kind and has a calm energy that I really needed, trustworthy, and caring. Definitely we recommend her to our friends and would bring her back again!

Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m a postpartum doula, lactation educator, and Master Health Coach with a Bachelor’s in Health Education and a passion for holistic, practical, and proactive health for families after birth. With over a decade in healthcare, I support families through major life transitions, helping moms recover, bond with their baby, and feel confident in their new role. I take a whole-family approach, supporting physical recovery, infant feeding, emotional wellbeing, and daily life at home. I’m especially passionate about replenishing mothers, because a nourished, rested mom builds the strongest foundation for her family. I’m just another mom who has been through it and wants better for others. My postpartum journey included an avoidable postpartum hospitalization, a humbling experience that taught me so much about healing, resilience, and support. I enjoy helping families feel empowered, supported, and present with their baby so they can savor these early months with confidence.

From the moment I spoke to Danielle, I knew I was in amazing hands! She is warm, compassionate and you can tell she has such a passion for helping postpartum mama's. She was so much more than just someone who was in my home helping me with my new born, for that time she was in my home she was apart of our family. She taught me so much without making me feel less as a new mom. I'm so grateful for our time with Danielle and would recommend her over and over!

Smitha is absolutely amazing! She is currently helping me during postpartum with my second baby and I feel extremely supported and comfortable with her. She is so gentle while taking care of my son if I need a shower or a nap. She also helps with dishes and meal prepping if needed, which lowers my stress levels towards the end of the day.
