👋🏼 Welcome. So, you want to learn more about me, my energy, and the services I offer. First things first… take a sip of tea or water. We need to make sure you’re hydrated. Have you eaten? How’s your bladder? Did you take your prenatals today? I know, I sound like a mother. 😊 But that’s truly where my work begins, with the basics. With tending. With noticing. With caring for the small things that protect the big things. My journey into birth work has been a long, winding path with many twists and turns. I began my career designing therapeutic environments for children’s hospitals, studying how physical spaces impact healing, safety, and the nervous system. Over time, that work led me somewhere deeper, into the sacred space of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Today, I am in private practice, Aspired Mother, where I offer birth and Ayurvedic postpartum care services rooted in both modern understanding and time-honored maternal care traditions. For birth preparation, my focus is on strengthening the mind-body connection so you can access efficient, instinctive movement and nervous system regulation during labor. Birth is not something we force, it’s something the body remembers when it feels safe and supported. Through somatic awareness, alignment, and practical preparation, I help you build confidence in your body’s innate design. For postpartum, my Ayurvedic approach extends the midwifery model beyond birth, protecting your long-term recovery and wellbeing. The early weeks after delivery are not just about surviving, they are foundational to your hormonal balance, energy, and emotional health for years to come. Through nourishment, warmth, rest, and hands-on support, I stabilize and restore you at your core. I also facilitate meaningful gatherings and transition support, such as Mother Blessings, Closing of the Bones and postpartum integration sessions , for women who wish to honor this threshold in a grounded and personal way. At the heart of my philosophy is this: Childbirth is not simply medical event. It is a formative life experience. And when a mother is deeply prepared, supported, and protected, the entire family benefits. So, whether you are planning a home birth, birth center experience, or hospital delivery, I believe in shared decision-making, informed choices, and honoring your autonomy every step of the way. I’m here to support you , not to lead you. Not to override you, but to walk beside you. And yes… I’ll probably remind you to drink water along the way. 💛

Paulette ReeseHart is a Birth and Postpartum Doula, who firmly believes in listening to what your body is telling you. As she loves to say, “no one knows your body like you”. I am currently completing her Bachelors in Human Services, has been married for 25 years, and is the mother of four beautiful children. Her children bring her endless joy and happiness. Every birth is different, every birthing individual is as well; my honor is to help the end goal be the same by providing the best care possible.

First I would like to say thank you. We decided to hire Mrs. Paulette ReeseHart as our Doula for the home birth of our first child. Mrs. ReeseHart was very professional, she treated myself and my fiancé like family to her. Mrs.ReeseHart has amazing and encouraging energy. She helped my fiance stick with her birth plans and supported her decisions. We couldn’t have asked for someone more perfect. During labor, it sometime became very tiring however you wouldn’t know it if Mrs ReeseHart had anything to do with it. She was right there with encouraging quotes, prayers and her presence. She’s not only a great Doula but a wonderful person all around. Even days after birth the family treatment and love didn’t stop. Mrs. ReeseHart called, texted and even visit to assist us with anything we needed. She even assisted with cleanup of the environment we have. Anything to make our journey smooth, Mrs.ReeseHart assisted. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a DOULA. You will not regret it……… To Mrs.ReeseHart we will be forever indebted to you.

10 Stars out of 5! Alina was/is simply AMAZING!!!!! She is very caring with a sweet spirit yet stern when necessary. Alina was my doula (01/2025-05/2025) and she came with me to doctor appointments, was available 24/7 to answer and advise me as necessary. She wrote down a very detailed plan on how I wanted my delivery to go, however, quite a bit changed. Alina was there every step of the way, ensuring that I had everything I wanted and needed to be comfortable. She was my voice at the hospital when I had none. The staff tried to ignore my desires, she stood "our" ground and literally held me up. I've also signed a waiver to take home my placenta and the staff attempted to discard it, however Alina intervened and made sure my placenta was packaged correctly, so we can get it to the placenta encapsulation specialist. I literally can go on and on about her. Even during my postpartum care, Alina constantly checked in with me and gave me the support I didn't know I have needed. I would definitely recommend Alina's services to all.

Hi everyone! My name is Grey Graham, and I am a Certified Postpartum and Birth Doula, as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Currently, I service South Florida (primarily), but I am open to traveling to North Florida, as well as any neighboring states. In my honest opinion, I think children are a precious gem, they are Gods gift to us here on Earth. They're just so sweet and actually quite fun to be around, I believe that they are the future and we can learn more from them then we think. I also love to see people happy and enjoying the life we've been blessed with. I decided to become a doula become after constantly stumbling across people with fears/ bad stories about giving birth and having children. I saw that people were afraid of having an actual baby, anxious that they'd be abandoned in the delivery room, and nervous about how to take care of them after. I've heard moms break down thinking they're not doing enough and failing their infant. That's where I come in. My ideal practice is to give judgment free help families adapt to bringing their baby home, understand any concerns they have, and hopefully aid them into becoming able to enjoy this milestone of their life.

Bryanne Eyma

Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Bryanne Eyma

3 years of experience

Happy Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum Journey! My name is Bryanne Eyma and I'm a full spectrum community advocate with a focus in birth and postpartum care and wellness. I approach this work from a traditional African-centered perspective and value system that centers support rooted in evidence-based information and wholistic wellness practices. How can you and your family be and feel supported throughout this journey & smoothly transition into parenthood? How would you like to honor your transformation? How would you like to welcome in new life? I receive my education by sitting at the feet of, and training with, midwives across may different pathways of midwifery (such as CPM, TM, CNM, and LM). These wisdom holders carry over 10+ years of experience, and I have had the honor to travel globally from Ghana, West Africa, the Caribbean's, South Florida, and Georgia, USA, to immerse myself in learning the most optimal prenatal and postpartum care, as well as serving families, from them. The commonality within pregnancy and postpartum care however has been the centering of the mother's mental, emotional, and physical heath, the well-being of baby, and the communal nature of birth and postpartum itself. When choosing me as part of your care team, you are also choosing a team of three: two trained birth and postpartum care providers (myself included) and a certified Chef- because it takes a village. We will always conduct an initial meet in-person, if local, or virtually, if remote to see if we are the best team for you, or offer referrals if needed. The intention is, "how can we best give you what you need"? With deep gratitude and joy, thank you to the families I have worked with, will work with, and/or will be connected to. May all families have a team of space holders who affirm, advocate for, and trust the natural intelligence of pregnancy, the body, and the mother-baby symbiosis. May all mothers step in motherhood feeling respected, nurtured, and empowered!
