Eunice is supporting us as a night doula for our newborn, and she has been incredible from the very beginning. In those first couple of weeks, she not only cared for our daughter but also helped us fine-tune feeding amounts, adjust timing, and better understand our baby’s cues. Her guidance made such a difference. Our nights are now much more restful, and our daughter (now two months old) is sleeping more consistently and becoming more independent. Eunice is dependable, communicative, attentive, and truly attuned to our baby’s needs. Our little one is always happy to see her and continues to sleep more regularly through the night. We truly would not have enjoyed this newborn stage as much without her. We’re so grateful for everything she’s done for our family.

Adrea was recommended to me by a friend of a friend, who had used her twice for postpartum newborn care. She is an expert in baby sleep!! Adrea is also very kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. She did not have availability to help me at night, but made herself available as much as possible during the day so I could get some much needed sleep. So so grateful for her. Highly recommend!!

I am a certified postpartum and infant care doula dedicated to providing calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental care during the early postpartum period. I strive to be a steadying presence amidst the many changes that come with welcoming a new baby. I firmly believe that postpartum care should encompass the whole family, ensuring each member feels nurtured and heard every step of the way. I provide experienced and research-backed support to families in the first weeks with their little ones. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. I would love to become part of your support system!

We hired Esme as a postpartum doula to help us get some sleep during the first months with our newborn. As first-time parents, everything felt overwhelming. We were also a bit worried about having someone new in the house at night, but Esme made it feel easy from day one—we felt comfortable with her right away. Esme was honestly a lifesaver for us in those early months. We feel very lucky to have had her support. Our baby would often wake up crying at night and was hard to soothe, but Esme handled those moments with such calmness and confidence. She clearly knows how to work with newborns, and that’s not easy to find. Our daughter felt comfortable with her, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. What stood out the most was how calm she stayed, even during more intense moments. That calm presence really helped our baby settle much faster. We would absolutely recommend Esme to any new parents—she makes a huge difference, both for the baby and for your own sanity and sleep.

My 4 month old twins went from horrible sleepers, up all night and spaced out sleeping during the day, to only waking up ONCE for a feed every night when I used Taeleonna for our sleeping needs!!! She changed our life 😭 and was extremely empathetic to us as new parents. She even reassured us constantly that we are doing our best and doing great. I recommend to anyone in desperate need of sleep. Our twins are 3 1/2 and have an amazing sleeping schedule. Thank you Taeleonna!!

A dedicated, capable, and broadly skilled Full Spectrum Doula. My skillset has flourished in the years I’ve spent in professional birth and postpartum care. Having supported over 300 families through pregnancy, labor and birth, and even hundreds more in postpartum, as well as a foundation of 20+ years of NCS experience, I am a seasoned Doula based here in metro Seattle / Tacoma. My competencies are built on the foundation of full-spectrum experience of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I walk hand in hand with families through first, second, and third births as well as the many in-between variations of the experience of growing family. It is important to me to practice with a calm and clear mind, helping to build your confidence and awareness early on, helping you assert your autonomy confidently to be in charge of your experience. At the heart of my work as your doula are the values of trust, honesty, reliability and non-judgmental support. There is no one right way to become a family. My role is to help you feel sure of what is right for you.

Nori was the whole reason my birth experience went as smoothly as it did. Not only did she prepare me and my husband for what would likely occur, but she prepped us beforehand with research behind the decisions that are made during these moments. This was so unbelievably smart and helpful to discuss beforehand, so we didn’t have to make any hard decisions during labor. Nori also provided such a comfort, not only physically, but emotionally and mentally. She helped my husband learn ways to help me manage labor pains, paid attention to what sort of environment I preferred, and even took photos of us with our newborn. I can’t imagine not choosing Nori!

Ayden My Birth Doula was an absolute lifesaver throughout my entire birth journey. From our prenatal visit to postnatal support, she was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and always on time. She helped me understand what to expect, even knowing that birth can be an unexpected process at times, which gave me confidence and peace of mind going into labor. As a single mom by choice, Ayden was especially respectful and empathetic to my unique needs and how they differ from those of a couple. She was deeply supportive, caring, and thoughtful, never dismissive, and always made me feel seen, understood, and honored in my experience. During birth, Ayden was kind, nurturing, and remarkably calm. Her lovely positive affirmations and strong, grounding words helped me stay focused and empowered. Her intuitive guidance, especially with birth positioning for pushing was invaluable, and she attentively nurtured all of my needs, from snacks and water to maintaining dim lighting and a peaceful space. Giving birth to a Christmas baby unfortunately for me turned into travel nurses, and midwives and nothing going as planned. Yet, Ayden created calm within the chaos. She helped keep me grounded and feeling safe, and knowing she was by my side brought immense comfort. Her postnatal visit was just as supportive and reassuring, helping me process the experience and feel cared for beyond the birth itself. I truly cannot imagine my birth experience without Ayden’s support. Truly a Doula Angel Sent to help bring my baby girl into this world safely and as calm as possible in the unknown.

Kayla was both my birth and postpartum doula and I had an incredible experience with her for both. Before birth she did classes with my husband and I so that we would feel more prepared on things like the labor process and infant care. During these she was incredibly knowledgeable. She had lots of information prepared and also answered any and all questions we had. She clearly put a lot of thought into what information was important to go over and I left feeling much more knowledgeable than before. During my labor experience she was supportive, caring, and knowledgeable every step of the way. I had a very long labor that ended in an unplanned c section and I feel like without her the experience would've felt impossible. She not only supported me but also supported my husband during this experience and he feels strongly that she made our experience so much better by being there. She also was my postpartum doula. I completely trusted her with care of my newborn and she did an amazing job. I tend to be an anxious person but she is someone i feel 100% comfortable around. My daughter loves her and she took great care of her. She also was very knowledgeable and supportive during this time and had many tips that made the postpartum period much easier. I'll always be grateful for her and I would recommend her to anyone.

Together, we can work towards a joyful and successful birth that honors your unique journey. I look forward to being a part of your birth story!

We found Oksanna in early 2026 and feel so lucky to have come across her post. We used a night nanny with our first daughter and knew we'd want one again after such a great experience, but Oksanna was even better than the person we had before. She was flexible, started as soon as we needed her, and worked around our hectic schedules. Thanks to her, the first four months with our new daughter were enjoyable instead of stressful, and we could rest easy every night knowing our baby was in diligent, capable hands. Oksanna was an OB/GYN surgeon in Russia, where she ran entire floors of obstetric, neonatal, and pediatric patients. As physicians ourselves, my husband and I knew her level of competency was far beyond what one newborn requires. She is vastly overqualified for the job, and it shows. Even more special, her expertise is matched by the warmth and love she gives a child who isn't her own. I often found her singing Russian lullabies to soothe our daughter. Our daughter has slept through the night since she was four months old, and I truly believe Oksanna had a lot to do with it. We can't recommend her highly enough!

Hi! I’m Ciarra, a certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn & Infant Care Specialist serving families throughout the Snohomish County area. I’m passionate about creating a calm, supportive space where new parents can rest, recover, ask questions, and settle into life with their baby without feeling like they have to figure everything out alone. My approach is nurturing, judgment-free, and tailored to each family’s unique needs. Whether I’m providing overnight support so you can get some much-needed sleep, helping with newborn care and feeding routines, or simply being a reassuring presence during those early postpartum days, my goal is to help you feel cared for, confident, and supported as you find your own rhythm as a family. 🤎

Recent review

Ciarra is a very dependable, responsible, and supportive Doula. She provided overnight care for me and my newborn weekly during the first two months postpartum. Ciarra is very communicative, and I could always count on her to reach out ahead of time to confirm which days she would be available. She also impressed me by keeping a log of my baby's activities overnight, including feedings, diapers, etc. Ciarra also went the extra mile by talking care of light household chores like bottle washing and sweeping, while I got caught up on some much needed rest. I cannot express enough just how much Ciarra positively impacted my postpartum period, by providing the support I needed to feel a bit more rested and rejuvenated to return to caring for my baby myself. I would not hesitate to recommend Ciarra to a new parent looking for some extra support!

Hi, I’m MacKenzie, a certified birth and postpartum doula! I’ve been serving families throughout King, Snohomish, and Skagit counties for the past few years. I’ve always had a deep love for birth, even from a young age! My passion and curiosity around feeding and lactation are what initially drew me to doula work as a career, and I’ve loved being able to support families not only through labor and birth, but also through those tender and often overwhelming early days at home. As I continue to serve families in their homes, birth centers, and hospital settings, it is truly an honor to be invited into such an important and personal season of their lives. My goal is to nurture a judgment-free space where each family feels heard, respected, and cared for, while also helping families feel empowered in their choices and confident as they find their own way into parenthood. In my free time, I love going on adventures with my family, or snuggling up with a good book and a cozy blanket, surrounded by my cats and dog.

Recent review

We had a wonderful experience working with MacKenzie as our birth and postpartum doula. As first-time parents, we had so many questions throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, and MacKenzie was always incredibly patient and thoughtful in answering them. She has a lot of knowledge and experience and was able to give us the information and perspective we needed without ever making us feel overwhelmed. Her prenatal visits were especially helpful in preparing us for what to expect during labor and delivery. She helped us understand our options, supported the choices that felt right for us, and advocated for me as the mom when needed, while always respecting that the decisions were ultimately ours. During labor, her calm and supportive presence helped both of us feel more confident during such an intense and unfamiliar experience. After the birth, she stayed with us to make sure breastfeeding was getting off to a good start. I also passed out after labor, and having MacKenzie there was incredibly reassuring. She helped me and my partner understand what was happening and navigate the situation when we were both exhausted and overwhelmed. We really appreciated that her support didn’t simply end once the baby was born. She was also a great resource during the postpartum period. Having someone experienced whom we could turn to with all of our first-time-parent questions made the transition into newborn life feel much less overwhelming. In addition, MacKenzie is a Carrot in-network provider, which was very helpful for us. She was willing to coordinate with us and make sure her invoices met Carrot’s reimbursement requirements, which made the reimbursement process much easier. We are very grateful to have had MacKenzie support us through such an important time in our lives, and we would absolutely recommend her to other expecting and new parents.

Hello, I’m Nadine, a Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, and mother of two wonderful girls (ages 7 and 9). I believe every family deserves to feel supported, rested, and confident as they welcome a new baby home. I was born and raised in Germany and have lived in the United States with my husband and our daughters for over a decade. My journey through motherhood — and across cultures — has shaped how I approach care: with empathy, understanding, and deep respect for every family’s unique values, traditions, and choices. Becoming a mother myself opened my eyes to how magical, and sometimes overwhelming, those early weeks can be. I remember the joy, the exhaustion, and the constant learning curve. Those experiences inspired me to become a compassionate advocate for new parents - someone who offers calm, unbiased support without judgment. As your postpartum doula, my goal is to create a nurturing space where you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby in your own way. I provide gentle guidance, emotional reassurance, and hands-on help — always honoring your decisions and beliefs as you find your rhythm in this new chapter of parenthood. Every family’s journey is different, and I’m honored to walk beside you with warmth, understanding, and care.

We feel incredibly lucky that we found Nadine to help us during the first six weeks with our newborn. As first-time parents, those early weeks were filled with so many questions and having someone as knowledgeable, caring, and reassuring as her by our side made such a huge difference. From our very first video call to our last night together, she was professional, dependable, and incredibly kind. She had such a calm confidence that immediately put us at ease, but what we appreciated most was how much she respected us as the parents. She always made it clear that she would do whatever we wanted and follow our preferences, while also being there to offer her professional advice whenever we wanted her perspective. She taught us so much during those first few weeks, including how to change diapers, bathe our baby, burp him, take his temperature, soothe him, and so many other little things that we probably wouldn't have figured out nearly as quickly on our own. More than anything, she helped us feel like we were actually capable of doing this whole parenting thing. That confidence was incredibly valuable to us. She was also so flexible and accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated as new parents trying to figure everything out day by day. Knowing that she was coming in at night gave us a sense of comfort and peace of mind during a time when everything else felt so new and overwhelming. We call her our night angel! Looking back, we honestly don't know how we would have gotten through those first six weeks without her. We are so grateful for the care she gave our baby and for the support and confidence she gave us as parents. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any expecting or new parents. We truly couldn't have asked for a better person to help us through those first weeks.
