I am a retired medical social worker, with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. While I had the opportunity to work in many areas of the hospital, the most meaningful and rewarding part of my career was supporting expectant mothers in OBGYN, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. In 2023, I founded my doula practice as a way to bring together my professional experience, educational background, and integrative approach to maternal wellness. My work is centered on supporting the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey.
