Whether we’re talking through options during a prenatal visit, adjusting to unexpected changes in plans, finding ways to make labour more comfortable, or simply making space for a pause in the middle of it all, my goal is always the same: to help you feel informed, respected, and confident in the decisions you’re making. Good support isn’t about taking over. Support can be active in quiet ways. Sometimes it looks like breaking down options when things feel uncertain, so you can decide what feels right for you. Sometimes it looks like stepping back so you can focus on what your body and instincts are telling you.
