I share a life filled with joy in Northern Virginia with my husband and our two children, who are the center of my heart and universe. My life has taken me to many places, including three years spent living in Germany and eight months deployed to Afghanistan. These experiences taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of staying calm and grounded, especially in times of uncertainty – and I bring these lessons into my work as a doula.
