I’m a certified prenatal, birth, and postpartum doula who loves supporting women and families through one of life's biggest transitions. I start with listening, gentle advocacy, and evidence‑based care, always aiming to create a calm, connected experience. I also enjoy helping families plug into community resources that make the journey feel a little lighter. Outside of birth work, I enjoy movement and mindfulness activities like working out, being in nature, and creative design projects.

I had the pleasure of having Kamya as my doula, and she was amazing. From our first meeting I knew I would be well taken care of. She accommodated her time, she was always available whenever I had questions as well as having helpful material throughout my experience. Kamya has helped me with understanding the stages of labor and what was to be expected. She also gave me tips on how to better communicate with doctors during visits. During labor, I was able to stick with my birth plan with the help of Kamya. I wanted a vaginal birth, and a C section was brought up, due to my dilation not changing. I communicated this with Kamya she came to the hospital right away and with the help of different positions she gave me I was able to successfully give a vaginal birth. As a first time mom, I didn’t know what to expect, and Kamya made my experience one of the best. If you are looking for a doula I would highly recommend Kamya, she was great to me.

My expertise is in maternal and child health, emphasizing a positive breastfeeding experience and an active family lifestyle. I love to support parents in reaching their breastfeeding goals and guiding them when life circumstances limit their breastfeeding goals. The combination of these values led me to launch Lactation Lighthouse.

Christina was amazing! I was feeling so discouraged with my breastfeeding journey after having mastitis a few times and she was able to help me pinpoint what the causes might be. After meeting with her and following her suggestions i have been mastitis free and truly enjoying my breastfeeding journey. Christina is so knowledgeable, personable, and caring. She took her time with me and baby and made sure all my questions/concerns were addressed. I immediately felt comfortable with her and would use her services again! I highly recommend her!!

I am a certified birth doula, VBAC certified doula, birth photographer, and mother of two. My own births, a gentle cesarean followed by a healing VBAC, deeply shaped the way I support families. I understand how important it is to feel heard, respected, informed, and emotionally safe throughout pregnancy and birth. I am also completing my Body Ready Method certification, which allows me to bring more individualized, body based preparation into my prenatal support. Two of the most important parts of my birth philosophy are true informed decision making and helping families have a positive, trauma free birth experience. I believe informed consent should be more than simply being told what is recommended. You deserve to understand your options, the benefits and risks, and the alternatives available so you can make decisions that feel right for you. Birth photography is also a deeply important part of who I am and how I serve families. Birth is filled with powerful moments that can be difficult to fully remember while you are living them. Photographs preserve the strength, emotion, connection, and small details of your story, allowing you to see your experience from a new perspective and hold onto it for generations. Whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, VBAC, induction, epidural, or cesarean, my goal is for you to feel confident, respected, supported, and at peace with your birth story.

Working with her was one of the best decisions we made during this journey. As new parents, we didn’t always know what to expect, but her calm confidence and clear explanations made all the difference — she never rushed through anything and always made sure we truly understood what was happening. Her opinions and guidance gave us a sense of confidence we didn’t know we needed. We don’t have family nearby, and she became that support system for us. Warm, outgoing, and incredibly knowledgeable, she made us feel completely at ease from day one — like we were talking to someone we’d known for years, not someone we’d just met. She was respectful, informative, and present in every way that mattered, especially during the birth itself. We couldn’t recommend her more highly to any family looking for a doula who will truly be in it with them.

I have nothing but great things to say about Debra! I was her client during 2024, and had my son in November 2024. I never hired a doula with my oldest so the process was as new to me and I wasn't sure what to expect, but Debra met me where I was at and guided me through the process so it was effortless. She was always available either by text or call and always checked in on me and made sure that I had any information and support I may need! I'm not in contact with my mother so Debra, being and mother and grandmother herself brought the motherly vibes which looking back is something I personally preferred Vs having a doula around my age. She actively listened to my preferences surrounding my birth experience and when the time came she was both respectful and thoughtful of my wishes. She advocated for things I didn't want in the delivery room for me while I was deep in labor. If you want a kind, caring, compassionate, reliable, and loving doula please don't think twice about hiring Debra you will not regret it!

Hi! My name is Alyssa I am a holistic birth doula and living in southeast Michigan. I have always loved babies, caring for my friends, and giving my all and helping whenever they are pregnant, postpartum, or simply raising their families. I have always enjoyed being able to offer acts of service and support to others, and becoming a doula has helped me embrace this love language in so many new ways I never knew possible. With becoming a doula, my goal is to help support new families and moms by emotionally and physically supporting them through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Advocating for them with knowledge, and helping them make thought out decisions when needed in labor. I want to help every mom take back their birth and make it an experience they love to talk about and remember. As said in Isaiah chapter 66, verse 13, “As a mother comforts her child, so I will comfort you.” My goal as a doula is to hold the mother through every stage and be there for her and her family.

Alyssa was so supportive during my pregnancy and is still holding me up through post-partum and the newborn trenches. I was so thankful for her continued support during my labor when midwife and nurse shifts would change, she was a constant. I don’t think that my labor experience would have been as positive or would have gone as smoothly without Alyssa there to support me and my husband. I feel so appreciative of her support through this time in my life and I can honestly say that I gained a friend. 11/10 would recommend Alyssa to be your doula.

Jayce is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about all things birth-related and also shared a lot of wonderful resources to help with things like prepping my body for labor and also lactation support. Once we decided to work with her, she made two visits to our home to create a birth plan and one postpartum visit as well. We were so happy to have her and strongly recommend her!

August 2026

I was overly impressed with every aspect of the experience, from response time to the first time I reached out, every question, and concern was answered. I always felt like I had someone to talk to every moment I needed support. This was the first time I had a doula and this happened to be the hardest pregnancy (3rd) I truly enjoyed this experience, Tiffany’s company and support. The fact insurance covered this as well was phenomenal!

Rochelle took excellent care of me. Prenatal and postpartum depression settled in and Rochelle was able to provide me resource and encouraging words. During labor she did not allow those doctors to play with me or my baby. My family appreciated her more than she knows.
