Her expertise includes high-risk low intervention vaginal births, VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) support as well as Lactation Support. Angel has supported over 100 families and attended more than 35 births as a birth doula. Her educational background includes a Certificate in Health & Wellness from Arizona State University, a Certificate in Community Health Work from The Ohio State University, and a Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, and Certified Birth Doula. Right now I am working in a program that serves families from pregnancy to age 3. I have worked on degrees towards Early Childhood Education and most recently, Licensed Social Worker (although not licensed yet!)
