Hi, I’m Sai, a birth and postpartum doula, infant care specialist, and mom of four. My journey into this work began through my own lived experience with postpartum depression and anxiety, which opened my eyes to how deeply parents need support during pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood, and how often they’re expected to navigate it alone. I am an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and a Certified Birth Doula. I have been working as a Birth Doula since 2016.
