My practice is based on the science of sleep. Knowing how and why we sleep is key to being able to come up with solutions for those who are not sleeping. This foundational knowledge allows me to create unique and customizable sleep plans for children. My methods are evidence-based, scientifically backed, and fully researched. There is no one-size-fits-all plan or method. The method is actually the smallest piece of the puzzle. There are a number of important components of healthy sleep that I will help you establish right from the start. I want to get to know you, your child, your parenting style, and then see how sleep training can work for you, in a way that makes sense for your family. My sleep plans are family-focused, flexible, respectful, and mindfully created.
