Hi, I’m Catherine! 🤍 I’m a mom to four boys, a birth doula, and a birth photographer. My passion for birth really began after my first homebirth. It was the first time I truly felt empowered, informed, and connected to my own strength throughout the birth process—and it completely changed the way I saw birth. I owe it all to choosing the right birth team! That experience sparked a desire in me to help other women experience that same sense of confidence and empowerment, no matter where or how they choose to birth. I believe our bodies were created with an incredible ability to give birth, but I also believe we were never meant to do it alone.
