I provide personalized education, counseling, and prenatal care, continuous hands-on assistance during labor and delivery, and postpartum support. Accurately identifying when clients may require medical attention. I believe that pregnancy and birth are sacred, fundamentally normal, physiological processes. I commit to respect and protect the birth space, allowing labor to take its normal course.A laboring woman needs to feel private, safe, and unobserved, and I work hard to provide subtle but effective observation, only as needed and desired.

Jeni is a graduate of the University of Florida. She has been a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International for over 16 years. Jeni has attended over 275 births which have included twin vaginal births, water births, VBACS, scheduled and non-scheduled cesarean sections and high risk births. Jeni is also specifically trained in Hypnobirthing® Labor Support Techniques. Jeni’s role is to supply a woman and her partner with information with which they can make the best personal decisions for themselves. She supports the partners so that they are able to participate at their own comfort level. She believes a doula’s non-judgmental supportive role is very influential to the labor, birth, and postpartum outcome. Jeni values a good relationship with her clients and their families as well as the medical/labor professional community.

As a holistic doula, childbirth educator, and lactation counselor, I seek to provide expecting mothers support both physical and emotional alongside evidence-based information and advocacy during every phase of their journey. Hello! My name is Marcela and from a young age I’ve felt a calling to help those who cannot speak for themselves, this is why I initially became a Veterinarian Technician. After enjoying that field for many years I wanted to specialize in OB/GYN sonography. Plans were put on hold as I welcomed my blessing. During my pregnancy I took all sorts of classes to prepare for birth, but, when it came to the hospital, things didn’t go as planned and I was stripped from my birth rights ! I never want another mother to feel the way I felt or be treated the way I was. Every woman deserves to feel empowered, supported and loved throughout their pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum and lactation journey.
