We cannot recommend Doula Rose enough! We found her through a local moms group, and from the very beginning, she was absolutely wonderful. She was always available when we had questions or needed support, and she came to both our prenatal and postpartum visits, which made us feel so prepared and cared for throughout the entire process. When we went into labor, Rose was already on her way to be there with us. She truly filled in all the gaps and became such an important part of the experience. Whether you have a specific birth plan in mind or are still figuring out what kind of labor you want, she is incredibly accommodating and meets you exactly where you are. Her knowledge, support, calm presence, and willingness to adapt made such a difference for us. We are so grateful we found her and would recommend her to any expecting parents looking for a doula! We’re also happy to be a reference for her for any prospecting parent.

I can't explain how much having amber as my postpartum doula completely changed my postpartum experience (and my family's ). With my second child we decided to get a postpartum doula because after my first child I had a really difficult time. We now call her our angel. She anticipated what me and my family needed. Offering without imposing. Helping with anything we needed and more. Everyone in my family loves her and she became like part of our family. I can't recommend her enough. She's knowledgeable and kind. I trust her so much and I can't thank her enough.

Hi everyone! My name is Grey Graham, and I am a Certified Postpartum and Birth Doula, as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Currently, I service South Florida (primarily), but I am open to traveling to North Florida, as well as any neighboring states. In my honest opinion, I think children are a precious gem, they are Gods gift to us here on Earth. They're just so sweet and actually quite fun to be around, I believe that they are the future and we can learn more from them then we think. I also love to see people happy and enjoying the life we've been blessed with. I decided to become a doula become after constantly stumbling across people with fears/ bad stories about giving birth and having children. I saw that people were afraid of having an actual baby, anxious that they'd be abandoned in the delivery room, and nervous about how to take care of them after. I've heard moms break down thinking they're not doing enough and failing their infant. That's where I come in. My ideal practice is to give judgment free help families adapt to bringing their baby home, understand any concerns they have, and hopefully aid them into becoming able to enjoy this milestone of their life.

From our very first visit, I knew I was in the best hands. Throughout my entire pregnancy, she was such a steady, comforting presence. Her energy is warm, calming, and genuine, it felt so easy to connect with her right away. During my pregnancy, there were multiple times when I felt pressure from my doctors to move toward a cesarean for multiple reasons. In those moments, she reminded me of my strength and what my body was created to do. She never dismissed my concerns, but instead grounded me, educated me, and helped me feel confident in advocating for the birth I wanted. She fully supported my desire to go natural and empowered me to trust myself. When it came time for my birth, she was an incredible advocate. Having her there made all the difference. She supported not just me physically, but emotionally and mentally making sure my voice was heard and my wishes were respected. I felt protected, encouraged, and deeply supported every step of the way. Choosing her as my doula was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. I truly cannot imagine what my journey would have been like without her. If you are looking for someone who will wholeheartedly support you, remind you of your strength, and stand by you in every sense of the word, she is the one.

👋🏼 Welcome. So, you want to learn more about me, my energy, and the services I offer. First things first… take a sip of tea or water. We need to make sure you’re hydrated. Have you eaten? How’s your bladder? Did you take your prenatals today? I know, I sound like a mother. 😊 But that’s truly where my work begins, with the basics. With tending. With noticing. With caring for the small things that protect the big things. My journey into birth work has been a long, winding path with many twists and turns. I began my career designing therapeutic environments for children’s hospitals, studying how physical spaces impact healing, safety, and the nervous system. Over time, that work led me somewhere deeper, into the sacred space of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Today, I am in private practice, Aspired Mother, where I offer birth and Ayurvedic postpartum care services rooted in both modern understanding and time-honored maternal care traditions. For birth preparation, my focus is on strengthening the mind-body connection so you can access efficient, instinctive movement and nervous system regulation during labor. Birth is not something we force, it’s something the body remembers when it feels safe and supported. Through somatic awareness, alignment, and practical preparation, I help you build confidence in your body’s innate design. For postpartum, my Ayurvedic approach extends the midwifery model beyond birth, protecting your long-term recovery and wellbeing. The early weeks after delivery are not just about surviving, they are foundational to your hormonal balance, energy, and emotional health for years to come. Through nourishment, warmth, rest, and hands-on support, I stabilize and restore you at your core. I also facilitate meaningful gatherings and transition support, such as Mother Blessings, Closing of the Bones and postpartum integration sessions , for women who wish to honor this threshold in a grounded and personal way. At the heart of my philosophy is this: Childbirth is not simply medical event. It is a formative life experience. And when a mother is deeply prepared, supported, and protected, the entire family benefits. So, whether you are planning a home birth, birth center experience, or hospital delivery, I believe in shared decision-making, informed choices, and honoring your autonomy every step of the way. I’m here to support you , not to lead you. Not to override you, but to walk beside you. And yes… I’ll probably remind you to drink water along the way. 💛

We had a harder than expected go during our first child with multiple sleepless nights and really wanted to have a better support framework for our second. Having Wendy as our nighttime doula was an amazing experience. She started a few days after our daughter was born and was crucial support for the first two months. Having her allowed my wife to make a faster recovery post birth and have her enjoy the baby a lot more. She is very professional, responsible, punctual and knowledgeable. After the first day which is always scary, we felt incredibly comfortable with her being with our baby. We highly recommend her. It made the newborn phase a lot of a better experience and my wife and I were both way more functioning and present for our little one. Being able to have the nights to fully rest is priceless and makes everything about life significantly better.

The only word that comes to mind when I think of Dayna is Grateful. She is truly the reason I was able to give birth and deliver our daughter in the way that aligned with us. Our first child's delivery did not happen in the way we wanted even with top natural health and birthing experts in the Miami area and during my second pregnancy we did not know what to do or except. After finding Dayna she helped us work through fears we didn't even realize we had. During the Labor experience she was there guiding us the whole way. As someone who has a hard time trusting anyone I completely trusted her guidance and felt safe having her there with us. This woman knows what she is doing, has more knowledge and experience than anyone i've come across and is an honest keeper of the ancient experience of birth and raising children the way god intended. Just stop, look no further and hire Dayna to help you along your parenting journey, no matter where it begins!

— Dalton K., review of Dayna Martin August 2026

Having Dayna as my doula was the best experience. She uplifted me when I had doubts , kept me calm, and helped me get through the birth process without feeling like I had to fight myself. Dayna is an expert in her craft and knows exactly what to say and do to make everything go smoothly for you. She’s not only supportive but completely understands because she’s been there so the level of compassion she shows is something so needed for women. She informs you of informed consent giving you the information you need to make informed decisions and advocates for you when she notices anything off. Fun fact she was also a midwife in another state, making her know the facts about birth, labor, postpartum, and pregnancy. She was such a blessing to me for my birth guiding me through every contraction and stabilizing me so I could birth and get through it. She didn’t leave my side and I’m so grateful. If you have any doubts that this is the doula for you, you shouldn’t. She’s the best doula you can find. I mean that. You can’t get no better than this. Book her now.
