Hi I'm Diane Nader Giresi, I'm a DONA Trained and Certified Postpartum Doula, a Certified Lactation Counselor and a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Trainer. I realized with the birth of my first child, that I had to include a wellness plan for my overall wellbeing. I believe we go through different journeys throughout our lives and with each journey, we face challenges. My goal as a postpartum doula, is to provide my clients with individualized non-judgmental support that encourages them on their journey as new parents. I attend many workshops and conferences on the ever changing protocols on tongue-tie and oral restrictions. I provide extensive lactation support if choosing to breastfeed. I help develop strategies for success, back to work plans, weaning, pumping, and flange fitting. In addition to newborn care, understanding cues, and newborn sleep patterns. Support looks different for each family. I listen to your needs and together we form a plan that serves your new family unit.

Being in postpartum has made a lot of things more difficult but Diane's help has made one of those hardest things so much more enjoyable and approachable. She was extremely non-judgmental, very attentive, and very observant. I thought all was lost and the meltdowns would be normal,,but after Diane's visit, both baby and I had a much easier time approaching breastfeeding.

Gabrielle Ardolino Popular: among the most-viewed doulas in New York, last 60 days

Hello! I’m Gabrielle. A little bit about me and what sets me apart: I am an Ayurvedic birth and postpartum doula, an Holistic Pregnancy and Birth Practitioner (HPBP), and I am in my final year of a Master of Science degree in Integrative Medicine and Ayurveda Health. And, aside from all of that, I have been a career nanny for over a decade with experience working with moms and postpartum. My knowledge of this ancient wisdom of Ayurveda allows me to bring a unique approach to your postpartum by focusing on nourishment, healing, rest, + bonding. My focus is to hold you so you can hold your baby. As we enter into this sacred journey together, know that my intention during every stage is done with the utmost reverence and respect for the art of bringing new life into the world, and I am merely a bystander in your new journey to motherhood. I am so looking forward to serving you.

Could not have went through labor/delivery and early postpartum days without gab. As a FTM going through a journey i didn’t know anything about having gab by my side made me calmer, more informed and eased my anxiety. She walked me through birth plans, dealing with the contractions, helped me latch babygirl from the moment she was out. Between the post partum massage/belly binding, just teaching me how to wrap my baby, how to properly feed her, and coming over just to talk through my post partum feelings, I truly could not have done this without her!!

I can't say enough great things about Jossy. We hired her as our postpartum doula for the first six weeks following the birth of my son. From the moment I first spoke with her, I was drawn to her easygoing attitude and comforting nature - I spoke with a number of doulas, and Jossy was the one I felt most at ease with. The conversation flowed naturally, and it was immediately clear how much she loves being a doula. Even though Jossy was only helping us with postpartum care, she was so sweet in sending regular check-ins leading up to my due date and giving tips and suggestions for issues I was dealing with. When I first met Jossy in person, I immediately felt completely comfortable around her and felt comfortable having her in our home and with our son. She quickly felt like a friend I could confide in and joke around with, which made all the difference in the first few weeks of postpartum. Jossy was so loving and sweet with our son, and it was so clear that she cared very deeply about his safety, wellbeing and happiness. After our overnights, she was always checking in to see how she was doing and offering ideas and suggestions of things to try with him. No matter how tired she was after back-to-back overnights, Jossy always arrived on time and with a smile. She was also so sweet with our high energy dog. Thank you Jossy for everything (and I wish we could have you to help us forever)!

Hi New Parents & Returning Parents, My name is Anjanette Rebecca. I’m birth obsessed & I finally have the courage to admit it. I’m a little of a lot of things. I’m a full spectrum doula who supports families and individuals across all walks of life. From zygote to 130 years old. Reproductive health is who I am. Bodily autonomy is what I’ve supported since I was a child. I stepped into my mother’s shoes at an early age. My mother was the original reproductive health guru. My mom passed away before I had time to say goodbye. Grief became the catalyst that changed my life for the best. I meet Individuals and families that are kind enough to trust me with something so sacred. That will always be one of the biggest blessing in my life. I’ve cared for thousands of clients locally & internationally. My ultimate goal is YOU. Your family, your very valid fears, your tears & your happiness. I guide expectant families and individuals in embodying their role as the first teacher in their children’s life. Our body is our children’s first home, it will and always should be respected. Dads, that includes you. Your little one finds comfort in your presence before they’re even born. Your voice and kisses will be one of your child’s favorite things. My business & my baby, Birth & Beyond, NYC is an extension of my family; fellow educators like myself, with a combined 206 years of supporting vulnerable populations in New York City. In October 2026, I will celebrate 26 years in the healthcare industry, 18 years as a registered nurse. It’s an honor to be a part of birth, an intimate time for families to come together. I navigated my first pregnancy alone-there’s so much power in being a single parent too. I’m here to hold individuals & families through one of the most breathtaking and potentially chaotic moments of their lives. Parenthood is a massive upgrade and a heroic space to hold. Please don’t let the internet scare you. It scares me! But we have access to so much information. It is normal to feel overwhelmed by it. I pray that you enter pregnancy & your birth space with confidence. Tap me in if you need someone to kick the door off its hinges, metaphorically speaking of course :) As for me, I’m a Brooklyn native, currently enjoying life in Staten Island, NY. I spend most my time having juicy conversations, tending to 179 indoor plants, barefoot & not pregnant :) I spend time off social media, reading books and finding myself in nature. Currently a scuba diver who tried free diving for the first time in 2025. I’ve swam with sharks & I'm here to tell the story. Background: I offer virtual birth & postpartum doula support, Lamaze childbirth ed, Spinning Babies classes, babywearing education, prenatal & postpartum mental health assessments & continued support, trauma informed & culturally aware care, placenta encapsulation, somatic music therapy, reiki & early intervention referrals. I am a mama of 2 (of the best children), my womb held three. My arms held 2 older children too. At 24 years old I was in charge of a 6 person household & I pray I will never see math homework again. I began my second degree in nursing 6 months after having my son. My rainbow baby. With struggle comes expansive gains. Hi, I’m Asionna but everyone calls me Asia! I’m a birth doula, family-support professional, and a mom who genuinely believes that every family deserves to enter birth feeling heard, respected, informed, and supported. My approach to doula care is warm, down-to-earth, and completely judgment-free. I’m not there to tell you how you should give birth, I’m there to help you understand your options, advocate for what matters to you, support your partner and loved ones, and be a steady presence through all the unexpected moments that birth can bring. Whether your vision includes an unmedicated birth, an epidural, induction, cesarean, or simply taking things one moment at a time, my goal is for you to feel empowered and cared for throughout your experience. My philosophy is also shaped by years of working closely with children and families, including my work with the Parents as Teachers model and within birthing communities. I believe birth support goes beyond the delivery room; you’re welcoming a baby while also navigating a major transition as a family. I bring compassion, education, humor when you need it, reassurance when things feel overwhelming, and a genuine respect for every family’s culture, identity, structure, and choices. There is no “perfect” way to birth or parent, there is simply what feels right for your family, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you as you discover that.

Kayla O'Hare

Kayla O'Hare

Hi! I am Kayla - a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula who believes every family deserves to be heard, respected and genuinely supported as they welcome their baby. My path to birth work began with my first pregnancy, when I realized that so much about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum isn’t openly talked about. As I searched high and low for quality information, I discovered Evidence Based Birth®, took childbirth education classes, and eventually found my own doula. Navigating that process with my partner and experiencing firsthand how valuable it was to have both education and meaningful support first sparked my passion for doula work. My experience continued into postpartum, where my own experience with a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder and the journey that followed deepened my understanding of just how important compassionate support can be through the entire transition to parenthood. As a mom of three, former nanny, and avid birth podcast listener, I bring my personal experiences and a deep appreciation for how different every family’s journey can be to each client relationship. My work is centered on the belief that birth can unfold in many ways. I strive to help my clients look back on their births and feel that they were heard, respected, supported, and an active participant in the way their baby came earthside. I especially love supporting clients who feel strongly about their choices and bring that same enthusiasm to whatever path feels right for each family. I focus on being a grounding presence, especially in challenging moments, reminding clients that, when possible, they can slow down, ask questions, and get curious about their options. I also feel passionately about caring for partners and other support people through their own transition so they can feel confident, cared for, and present for the person they love. I completed my foundational training with Carriage House Birth and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing mentorship and education with Manhattan Birth. My additional training includes becoming an Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialist, along with continued education in areas such as baby wearing, Comforting Touch, perinatal mental health, and other areas that strengthen the practical care I provide throughout the perinatal period. Outside of birth work, I am a wife, mom of dogs and tiny humans, a nature enthusiast, and an avid reader who is equally happy hiking and exploring somewhere new or curled up under a blanket with my Kindle.
