Stephanie brings it! She makes the entire pregnancy, birth & postpartum experience so special and sacred. She is a master ceremonialist and always, I mean always, has flowers and magical honey. You will be so doted upon: from your first visit together; to your mother blessing ceremony; all the birth waves; to mother roasting, belly wraps, and yummy nourishing broths; to an intuitive placental reading; to expert breastfeeding support; to the final bittersweet closing ceremony. She will make your birth space cavelike and sparkly with fairy lights, candles, affirmations, a wonderful fan, and flowers. She will guide you through the waves and challenges, keeping you grounded and cracking jokes for levity. She's also a mama so she deeply understands what her clients are going through. All I can say is Dou-la-la!

I cannot say enough about my doula, Molly. She supported me before and after we learned of our son Waylon’s passing with incredible compassion, patience, and strength. From the very beginning, she was there every single moment I needed her, making sure I never felt alone. Molly helped create the birth space I envisioned, holding it with such care and intention. She made sure everything flowed smoothly and aligned beautifully with my wishes, even in the most heartbreaking of circumstances. Her presence brought comfort, safety, and love in a time that could have felt unbearably heavy. I will always be grateful to Molly for walking alongside me in such a sacred and difficult moment of my life. She is truly a gift to any family she supports.

Briauna Donnelly

Hi, I'm Briauna! Birth doula, prenatal yoga instructor, energy worker, and mother. My role is not to tell you how to birth or who you should become. My role is to walk beside you, helping you cultivate trust in yourself, deepen your connection with your baby, and feel supported as you navigate the transition into motherhood. Moms rarely need more information. They need space. Space to slow down, to connect with themselves, to strengthen their relationship with their baby, and to feel seen, heard, and held. When a mother feels supported emotionally, physically, and mentally, she is better able to access her intuition, make decisions aligned with her values, and move through birth and motherhood with greater confidence and ease. This is why my approach centers on the connection between mind, body, and baby. Because when all three are nurtured together, the experience of becoming a mother can feel less overwhelming and more empowering.

As a mommy with a bad 1st birth emergency c-section experience, Briauna was a wonderful blessing this second time around! Her attention to detail, expertise and sympathy made me feel safe and fearless. When it was time to welcome my baby into this world, I had all the confidence and support that I believe every mommy needs and deserves! I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed having her around in a very beautiful yet vulnerable time in my life.

I'm Sareya Faulkner, a Birth and Postpartum Doula deeply committed to empowering expectant mothers as they transition into parenthood. Since childhood, I've been captivated by the miracle of bringing new life into the world. I've always been passionate about supporting women, while also caring for their little ones. From day one when I interviewed Sareya, I knew that she was going to be a perfect fit for our family. She started caring for my son when he was three months old. We only have good things to say about Sareya. She is timely, professional, and most of all my son lights up when he sees her walk through the door. Sareya is a caregiver that provides compassionate care. She also will take the time to listen and adjust care depending on the day to day. You would be incredibly lucky to have Sareya working alongside you and your family. We are going to miss having Sareya with us each week, but we know that she’s going to do great things working as a doula and postpartum caregiver.

Ellen White

I thrive on empowering clients and advocating for their voice in their birthing journeys. Through my ever evolving doula career, I have supported families through grief, loss, and abuse. I serve families at home, in hospitals, and at birth centers. I strive for all families to have a positive birthing experience full of compassion, nurturing, and love. I offer birth services, photography, placenta encapsulation, and postpartum support.   My passion for birth and support were inspired from my own passage through birth and motherhood. Through my own birth experience, I was drawn to support others the way my doula cared for me. My passion for a positive birth journey fuels my model of care. In my free time, I enjoy spending time hiking and camping with my husband, two daughters, and dog. I loves yoga, music, and travelling.

Everything you want to happen from a Doula during your pregnancy journey and birth, is what Ellie was able to mold herself into. Warm, detail oriented, easy to work with, and had great chemistry not only with me, but with my husband and 2 1/2-year-old as well. Her communication was on point, checking in after each doctors visit, And answering my endless, questions with ease and kindness. I had an amazing birth experience, I was very lucky, and I cannot imagine anyone else being there to welcome our second child. Ellie, our family is grateful for you, and you will always be part of it ❤️

Kat Allen

Hi, I’m Kat! A doula, parent, and the heart behind Meadow’s Blossoming Bellies. For the past few years, I’ve been home with my daughter Meadow, watching her grow into this bright, fierce little human who’s taught me more about life and strength than I ever expected. She’s the reason I stepped into this work. I want her to see that it’s never too late to follow your passion—and that women can lead, heal, and build something powerful, even in the messiest seasons of life. My path to becoming a doula didn’t start with a dream. I found this work through my own experiences of birth, trauma, and healing. Meadow was born six weeks early and spent time in the NICU. Our journey included feeding challenges, a g-tube, postpartum depression, and a long road to bonding. It wasn’t easy, but it cracked me open. It made me realize how much support matters. Not just medically, but emotionally, spiritually, and human to human. That’s why I show up the way I do—as a birth, postpartum, and sibling doula who’s committed to creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and never alone. I’ve taken a range of trainings, mentorships, and classes, but most of what I bring to this work comes from lived experience and deep listening. I’m here to walk with you through the unknowns—offering grounding support, honest conversations, and care that fits you. My work is rooted in connection. I meet each family where they are, honoring your values, your needs, and your voice. Whether you’re navigating birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or preparing your older child for a sibling, I’m here to support the whole experience with presence and compassion. This work is sacred to me. Every story matters. Every birth matters. And you deserve someone in your corner who sees you fully. If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you.

From the very first interaction, it was clear that Kat is not only passionate about her work but deeply committed to providing remarkable support to expecting and new parents. Kat's expertise as a doula is matched only by her compassion and genuine care for her clients. Throughout my pregnancy journey, she offered personalized guidance, ensuring every step was designed to meet my needs. Her calm demeanor and reassuring presence during labor were invaluable – she made a significant difference, providing solid support that allowed me to feel empowered and secure during such a significant moment. What sets Kat apart is her holistic approach. It's not just about the birth; it's about the entire experience, encompassing prenatal care, postpartum support, and everything in between. Her attention to detail, continuous availability, and wealth of resources made the entire process feel seamless. Additionally, Kat's postpartum care was a game-changer. Her dedication went beyond expectation, offering invaluable guidance, practical assistance, and emotional support during those early weeks. Her commitment to nurturing the well-being of both the parent and the newborn is truly remarkable. Kat's warmth, expertise, and genuine passion for her work shine through in every interaction. She is a true advocate for families, ensuring that the journey into parenthood is not just manageable but a beautiful, empowering experience. If you're looking for a doula who goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend Kat at Meadow's Blossoming Bellies.
