Jordan Towns

My name is Jordan Towns and I have served the role as an Emotional Support Coach/Companion for over two decades to women and men encountering a full range of life encounters. It was in Spring 2023 that my journey to become a Doula was initiated and what a journey indeed it has been. Marked by my strong ancestral roots and divine gifting coupled with an experience that allowed me to grow deeper in tune with my body as a woman and what it means to be empowered and supported in my connection to it, I moved to become a Birth Doula and completed my formal training with Doulas of North America International in the “Art of Labor Support.” Now I have the honor of providing continuous, culturally appropriate support, non-medical advice, and physical comfort coaching to women and their partners during pregnancy, the birth ceremony, and the adjustment period after. It is this support that is critical to counter systemic medical racism and socioeconomic barriers that families face. I am currently offering to women who would like to birth at home donation-based services.

Jordan was an absolute amazing support person. She listened to what my wants and needs were. Jordan was open and understanding of my wants and through conversations she recalled details I mentioned. She reassured me as I was going through the labor process and even made me feel extremely comfortable and confident. I honestly can’t say enough about her to describe how amazing she was and how smooth she made the process. Very professional and at the same time humble. I highly recommend her! 100/10

We had an incredible experience working with Cortni as our birth doula for the delivery of our first child. In the weeks leading up to labor, she was excellent at communicating with us and made sure we always felt informed, supported, and prepared. She even followed up with me after each of my doctor’s appointments which really helped ease a lot of my anxiety as a new mom. Cortni’s background as a registered nurse makes her stand out amongst other doulas. Her medical knowledge of labor and birth was so valuable as she was able to read and explain all of the hospital monitors and machines and clearly communicate what was happening every step of the way. Having her there helped me stay calm, grounded, and focused on my baby and my body during labor. It also allowed my husband to fully focus on supporting me, knowing Cortni was there to help us understand everything that was happening medically. We are so grateful for her presence and support and cannot recommend Cortni highly enough to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly exceptional birth doula.

I absolutely love love love Synia! She is very knowledgeable and patient. Thorough with questions and concerns. And she helped me feel more confident when it came to my goals for having an unmediated natural birth. She is not just a doula she is family! Unlike other doulas she is present and hands on. Shes not apart of group of doulas where you don’t know which person you might get at the time of birth. She is the real deal. I will be recommending her to all my pregnant friends! Thank you Synia!!

I understand that birth and reproductive experiences can be beautiful, challenging, unpredictable, and deeply personal. I strive to meet each client where they are, offering compassionate care that centers their needs rather than my own expectations. My Future in Midwifery My journey in birth work is only the beginning. Since starting as a doula in 2022, I have continued to grow my passion for maternal and reproductive care. One of my long-term goals is to become a midwife so I can further expand my knowledge, skills, and ability to serve families throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I am here to support your journey, honor your choices, and remind you that your voice matters. Whether you are planning your birth, preparing for postpartum, navigating a reproductive decision, or seeking support through loss, you deserve care rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect. My passion as a doula is to serve, support, educate and encourage women during their journey to motherhood and beyond. My goal as your doula is to help and support you through your pregnancy and fearless journey to motherhood with care and compassion.  I'm dedicated to informing, guiding, empathizing, listening, and empowering you to birth the way that's right for YOU!  You are bringing forth new life, and it should be experienced in a caring, compassionate, and calming space.   I support all births including non-medicated, cesarean, water, home birth, birth center, medicated, and hospital. I am a certified birth and pregnancy after infertility doula. I’m passionate about supporting all women during pregnancy and labor, including women who conceive after walking a long road of fertility struggle, as I, myself, have endured my own fertility journey of trying to conceive during an infertility diagnosis before conceiving my two IVF miracles!

Tiffany is an amazing doula! Having a doula who is so passionate & encouraging really helped me during such a monumental experience in my life. I was in labor for 41 hours and she was there the entire time, alert & encouraging! She ensured I was as prepared as possible and planned for any unexpected changes. She is God fearing and prayed with my partner & I as we had to make some hard decisions during labor. Not only was she there during my pregnancy but has been a continuous support postpartum! I highly recommend her to anyone in the DFW area!

Delilah Ray

I have been a doula and childbirth educator since 2004, and have attended over 600 births to date. I love to help my clients feel informed and encouraged on their journey to parenthood. I attend births in the hospital, birth centers, and at home. Many of my clients want assistance and support for an unmedicated, low-intervention birth, while others want physical, emotional and/or informational support for their birth with "all the bells and whistles." I would love to visit with you about your hopes and plans around the special day when you meet your baby.

Delilah has been our AMAZING doula for 3 births now, I feel so incredibly blessed to have found her back in 2014 when I was pregnant with my first child. From our very first conversation I felt supported and more confident in my abilities to achieve my birth goals. Throughout that first pregnancy Delilah was so helpful as I prepared for labor. We also took her childbirth class, which was great. The day of my birth she was spectacular, providing physical support, information, and overall just a wonderful addition to our birth space. Of course we went on to hire her for our 2nd and 3rd births and the support we received was always exceptional. From helping with provider recommendations while trying to conceive, to emotional support during pregnancy to in person support at the births, I couldn't have asked for a better doula.
