With over 30 years of experience in child care—including 16 years as a center director—I began my work as a postpartum doula in 2018. As a mom of three grown children (including two retired service members) and a proud grandmother of one, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to every family I support. I love helping new moms navigate the fourth trimester with confidence, combining my training and hands-on experience to make a meaningful difference in their transition.
