Hi, I’m Kat! A doula, parent, and the heart behind Meadow’s Blossoming Bellies. For the past few years, I’ve been home with my daughter Meadow, watching her grow into this bright, fierce little human who’s taught me more about life and strength than I ever expected. She’s the reason I stepped into this work. I want her to see that it’s never too late to follow your passion—and that women can lead, heal, and build something powerful, even in the messiest seasons of life. My path to becoming a doula didn’t start with a dream. I found this work through my own experiences of birth, trauma, and healing. Meadow was born six weeks early and spent time in the NICU. Our journey included feeding challenges, a g-tube, postpartum depression, and a long road to bonding. It wasn’t easy, but it cracked me open. It made me realize how much support matters. Not just medically, but emotionally, spiritually, and human to human. That’s why I show up the way I do—as a birth, postpartum, and sibling doula who’s committed to creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and never alone. I’ve taken a range of trainings, mentorships, and classes, but most of what I bring to this work comes from lived experience and deep listening. I’m here to walk with you through the unknowns—offering grounding support, honest conversations, and care that fits you. My work is rooted in connection. I meet each family where they are, honoring your values, your needs, and your voice. Whether you’re navigating birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or preparing your older child for a sibling, I’m here to support the whole experience with presence and compassion. This work is sacred to me. Every story matters. Every birth matters. And you deserve someone in your corner who sees you fully. If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you.

My experience with Kat at Meadow's Blossoming Bellies has been truly exceptional. From the very first interaction, it was clear that Kat is not only passionate about her work but deeply committed to providing remarkable support to expecting and new parents. Kat's expertise as a doula is matched only by her compassion and genuine care for her clients. Throughout my pregnancy journey, she offered personalized guidance, ensuring every step was designed to meet my needs. Her calm demeanor and reassuring presence during labor were invaluable – she made a significant difference, providing solid support that allowed me to feel empowered and secure during such a significant moment. What sets Kat apart is her holistic approach. It's not just about the birth; it's about the entire experience, encompassing prenatal care, postpartum support, and everything in between. Her attention to detail, continuous availability, and wealth of resources made the entire process feel seamless. Additionally, Kat's postpartum care was a game-changer. Her dedication went beyond expectation, offering invaluable guidance, practical assistance, and emotional support during those early weeks. Her commitment to nurturing the well-being of both the parent and the newborn is truly remarkable. Kat's warmth, expertise, and genuine passion for her work shine through in every interaction. She is a true advocate for families, ensuring that the journey into parenthood is not just manageable but a beautiful, empowering experience. Labor support is powerful. And it’s evidence-based. Hi! My name is Jenny, and I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula serving families throughout the Denver area. Birth can feel overwhelming, exciting, vulnerable, empowering…and sometimes all of those at once. I believe every woman deserves continuous, respectful support during one of the most transformative experiences of her life. After the births of my five daughters, I saw firsthand how deeply continuous support can shape a birth experience. Becoming a doula felt like a natural next step. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, epidural, unmedicated birth, or something in between, my role is to offer calm support, evidence-based information, hands-on comfort, and steady presence throughout your journey. I support your choices without judgment or pressure. Birth isn’t something to fear. It’s personal. Powerful. And deeply human. This is your body, your baby, and your birth. You already have everything you need inside you. I’m just here to help you trust it. Truly, Jenny

I take great pride in my work and I am passionate about empowering both parents to feel confident and capable in their role as caregivers. I cannot say enough good things about Kali. She came into our family like a shining light in a really dark time. Our daughter was 5 weeks early and spent time in the NICU and was on oxygen for 11 weeks, she had reflux and some other issues. I was exhausted and overwhelmed. When I first talked to Kali I burst out crying, and she was so calm and made me feel so comfortable. I loved having her in our home, and trusted that at night I could finally get some rest becasue I knew she was going to take amazing care of my baby. She checked in on me and was always asking how I was doing. She referred tons of services to us, including a physical therapist for our daughter's flat head. If she hadn't made the referral, we wouldn't have been able to intervene as early as we did. Kali and her team of doula friends saved us. Kali still keeps in touch with us, and has been such an amazing source of information and help. I'm crying writing this becasue she is such a wonderful person, cool, fun, and kind, and she helped me and my family so much, it was the best thing in a really hard time. I would recommend her 1000000% and the families that she helps are so lucky to work with her. :)

I thrive on empowering clients and advocating for their voice in their birthing journeys. Through my ever evolving doula career, I have supported families through grief, loss, and abuse. I serve families at home, in hospitals, and at birth centers. I strive for all families to have a positive birthing experience full of compassion, nurturing, and love. I offer birth services, photography, placenta encapsulation, and postpartum support.   My passion for birth and support were inspired from my own passage through birth and motherhood. Through my own birth experience, I was drawn to support others the way my doula cared for me. My passion for a positive birth journey fuels my model of care. In my free time, I enjoy spending time hiking and camping with my husband, two daughters, and dog. I loves yoga, music, and travelling.

Everything you want to happen from a Doula during your pregnancy journey and birth, is what Ellie was able to mold herself into. Warm, detail oriented, easy to work with, and had great chemistry not only with me, but with my husband and 2 1/2-year-old as well. Her communication was on point, checking in after each doctors visit, And answering my endless, questions with ease and kindness. I had an amazing birth experience, I was very lucky, and I cannot imagine anyone else being there to welcome our second child. Ellie, our family is grateful for you, and you will always be part of it ❤️

Courtney Moore Rodriguez

My name is Courtney Moore Rodriguez. I am a certified lactation educator (CLE), certified postpartum doula (CPD), and certified infant and family sleep specialist (IFSS). I am here to support your family in person (within the Denver metro area) and/or virtually…from the time you find out you’re expecting, through your baby’s first birthday. In those first few weeks and months, it can be hard to ask for help. I am a strong believer in helping families to help themselves (with a good amount of time for rest and self care thrown in too). Rather than taking care of your baby for you, I make sure that you have the skills, knowledge, and rest to do it on your own. I assist families in a non-judgmental fashion and always strive to meet you where you are. I am up to date on the latest research regarding infant feeding, sleep, and newborn care, and can give you non-biased information so that you can make informed choices that work for your family.

Courtney is so wonderful!! We worked with her as a postpartum doula as first time parents. Before baby came, thought we’d work with her for a few weeks…..nine months later I still rely on Courtney as an extremely trusted resource and for support when we need it. She shaped our parenting experience in those first few weeks and months so much for the better that I have so much gratitude for her patience, knowledge, emotional support and calming presence. Courtney provided amazing, loving care to our baby and taught my husband and I really everything at the beginning as we had no experience with babies! It was such peace of mind knowing I could ask Courtney anything and not rely on the rabbit hole of google or social media. She helped us through so many challenges during such an emotional time and helped with all kinds of things to make our lives easier. Months later we still turned to Courtney for help on baby sleep, eating and also for my breastfeeding journey. I would never have even started my breastfeeding journey, never mind made it to ten months, without her. I am beyond grateful we found Courtney to work with and recommend anyone to work with her!

Hi there, I’m Ellie! I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a registered nurse with years of experience in Level IV NICUs—and a mom of two boys, each with their own hard, imperfect feeding journey. I know what it's like to be sore, sleep-deprived, and wondering if you're doing any of this right. That's exactly why I do this work. When a mom feels supported in the postpartum season, everything gets a little lighter—for her, her baby, and her whole family. My job is to bring answers and encouragement right when you need them most. Best of all, my services can be covered by insurance plans, meaning many families pay nothing at all.

Ellie is absolutely amazing and everyone needs an Ellie in their corner! I met her two months into my nursing journey when I was struggling immensely and feeling completely overwhelmed. Before finding her, I had already sought out help from several different IBCLCs, but Ellie was a breath of fresh air. She took the time to really listen to me, brainstorm practical solutions, and was so empathetic and kind every step of the way. Ellie made me feel so supported and truly stood by me as a valued partner through what has been one of the toughest, most vulnerable times so far for me. She totally gets the unique struggles that nursing can come with, and she always comes prepared to tackle absolutely anything together with you. Beyond her incredible expertise, she is just so genuinely sweet and kind. Ellie will champion you every single step of the way, celebrating all of your wins and successes—no matter how small. I truly cannot recommend her enough!

From day one when I interviewed Sareya, I knew that she was going to be a perfect fit for our family. She started caring for my son when he was three months old. We only have good things to say about Sareya. She is timely, professional, and most of all my son lights up when he sees her walk through the door. Sareya is a caregiver that provides compassionate care. She also will take the time to listen and adjust care depending on the day to day. You would be incredibly lucky to have Sareya working alongside you and your family. We are going to miss having Sareya with us each week, but we know that she’s going to do great things working as a doula and postpartum caregiver.
