Hello, hello! My name is Brooklynn and I have been supporting families for over a decade! As of 2026 I hold over 24 certifications and trainings including multiple for Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Birth Doula, Certified Breastfeeding Counselor and many more. I’m based out of Quincy Massachusetts but frequently travel nationwide for live in newborn support. My specialty is households in need of support in a high intensity. This frequently looks like live in roles working 12-24 hours a day 6-7 days a week for 3-6 months. Following these roles I typically do more local small contracts to support families while in MA. Please feel feee to contact me at (413)407-2767 if you are interested in my support.

Hi, my name is Kimberly. I am the manager of Gentle Beginnings LLC. I started my birth doula career back in 2020. I was a new mom and realized I had a passion for doula care and I decided to jump into it! Unfortunately, the pandemic made it quite difficult to attend births in person but that didn't stop me. Over the years, I learned many new families didn't just need a support person through birth but also for all the phases that followed. Currently I'm working towards my pediatric sleep consultant certification. My business partner, Evelyn, has 30+ years of experience as a nanny and newborn care specialist, and has recently been certified as a postpartum doula as well. We both decided it was time to start a new company that offered all the services! We look forward to helping you through any part of your journey as a new family and hope you choose us as your providers!

Hello, my name is Lauren and I am a birth and postpartum doula as well as bereavement. I am also a new parent educator and a childbirth educator. I love working with families and all aspects of preparing for your childbirth journey. I also have experience with Nicu postpartum care.

I’m Sara, a holistic fertility and birth practitioner supporting women through preconception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the profound transition into motherhood. My background blends fertility and holistic health training, nutrition, nervous system regulation, yoga, functional wellness, quantum biology, and circadian health, with a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. My work is also shaped by lived experience. Including pregnancy loss, IVF, medically complex pregnancies and births, and postpartum recovery, which has given me a deeply personal understanding of how much compassionate, informed support matters. I take a whole person approach to care, integrating physical, emotional, energetic, and environmental wellness, and I am currently continuing my education through holistic midwifery training.

Hi there! Congratulations, expectant parent! I am a Certified Birth Doula & work in the Greater Boston area. I am passionate about providing access to birth support & am certified to take Mass Health members' insurance. I work with midwives in home birth settings; I work in hospitals in Boston, Framingham, Worcester, etc. This year, I was inducted into my college's Hall of Fame (sporty girl over here!) so I bring a physical strength alongside a deep serenity to all birth settings. I believe there is a sweet spot between kinetic intuition (let the person birth!!) & science therefore I arrive at this practice from this lens. I'm here to listen to what type of birth you're preparing for or beliefs you have as this is paramount to inform us (we're a team) & guide your birth in the most aligned & authentic way possible. When I am not on call, supporting pregnant people during prenatal visits, or nourishing folks during postpartum, I focus on building Earth Allies, my organic plant-based company that I founded in California. I am a mother to a two year old; I am in the process of adopting her out of the MA foster care system. May your pregnancy & birth be a positive one for YOU & your baby/babies.

Hi, I'm Loreal. Let me introduce you to my whole self. The real me, because you deserve to know exactly who will be standing by your side - Not just my credentials. Not just my services. I'm a birth and postpartum Doula, yes, but more than that, I'm someone who genuinely cares about what happens to you long after the birth story is written. I show up soft when you need soft, and steady when everything feels like it's spinning. I'm a mom. I've lived inside the beautiful, messy, chaos of new parenthood. That means when you look at me across the room at 3AM, I'm not just trained but someone who truly gets it. My energy is warm. Maybe even familiar. Like the trusted auntie who shows up with food, no judgment, and just enough wisdom to help you breathe again. I don't come in to take over. I come in to hold you up. I believe in presence over performance. Asking what you actually need instead of assuming. Making sure that you feel seen, supported, and never, ever alone in one of the most life-changing seasons of your life.

Hi, I’m Jasmine, a certified full spectrum doula with a postpartum focus. I am currently based in Worcester, Massachusetts and serve Greater Boston and surrounding communities. My background in early childhood education, child development, and critical ethnic and community studies shapes my warm, informed, and culturally responsive approach to care. I support families through the practical and emotional realities of welcoming a new baby, including newborn care, overnight support, parental rest and recovery, feeding support within my scope, sibling transitions, meal preparation, household organization, and the creation of sustainable family routines. Because no two families or postpartum experiences are alike, I prioritize clear communication, thoughtful observation, and care that respects each family’s culture, values, and choices. My experience spans classrooms, inclusive preschool settings, early intervention, private childcare, travel care, and hands-on household and family assistance. This allows me to see the whole picture: not only what the baby needs, but what will help the entire household feel calmer, more confident, and genuinely supported. I bring a steady presence, strong attention to detail, and a judgment-free approach to every home.

Hello everyone! My name is Marissa Monteiro, and I am a trained birth doula proudly serving families throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. My passion for caring for others has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. With over seven years of experience in healthcare, my background includes working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medication Technician (CMT), and experience in surgical services, alongside training in phlebotomy and EKG. These experiences have allowed me to care for individuals from all walks of life during some of their most vulnerable moments. As the founder of Mama Rissa’s Birth Garden, I believe that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are more than medical experiences. They are deeply personal, emotional, and transformative journeys deserving of compassion, patience, education, and genuine support. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every birthing person deserves to feel heard, respected, empowered, and actively involved in their own care. I strive to create a warm, judgment-free environment where families can ask questions, express their fears, celebrate their milestones, and navigate their experiences with confidence. As a woman of West African and Puerto Rican heritage, I also recognize the importance of culturally sensitive care, representation, and advocacy within maternal health. My goal is not to tell families how their birth experience should look, but to help them discover what feels right for them while providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. To me, being a doula is more than a profession. It's an opportunity to build meaningful connections, nurture families, and make sure no one feels alone during one of life's most significant transitions. At Mama Rissa’s Birth Garden, my approach is simple: nurturing families, honoring choices, and supporting every birth with heart. 🤍

Growing up right here in the Merrimack Valley has truly shaped who I am, both as a person and as a caregiver. Having lived and grown in this community my entire life, I have a deep love and appreciation for the families, the close-knit neighborhoods, and the unique spirit of our area! This connection drives my philosophy on childcare believing it takes a village to raise happy, healthy kids! My approach is rooted in creating a safe, nurturing, and reliable environment where children feel secure enough to learn and explore, giving you complete peace of mind knowing your little ones are in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about their well-being. My hands-on experience spans the entire developmental spectrum, having successfully cared for children from tiny infants as young as three months old all the way up to independent 13-year-olds. A significant part of my journey includes my work at Big Blue Swim School, where I honed my ability to connect with kids of all ages, build their confidence, and manage diverse needs with patience and care. Whether it is safely navigating night-time routines and feedings for an infant, or engaging school-aged kids in meaningful ways, I bring a wealth of practical experience and a calm, structured energy to every shift. I understand how distinct each stage of childhood is, and I am dedicated to providing the specialized, attentive care your family deserves.

Hi, I’m Olivia! I’m fluent in Portuguese and deeply passionate about supporting and empowering women during one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. With a background in childcare, I’ve always loved working with children and families. My path shifted after becoming pregnant with my twins. Experiencing a high-risk pregnancy during the height of COVID opened my eyes to how much support is often missing for women during pregnancy and birth. That experience inspired me to become an advocate—helping women find their voice, feel confident in their choices, and stand firm in the care they deserve throughout their birthing journey. As someone who is half Brazilian and half Portuguese, family is at the heart of everything I do. It brings me so much joy to support women as they grow their families in ways that feel right and meaningful to them. I’m truly honored to help guide you through one of the most beautiful and transformative experiences life has to offer.
