One of the areas most experienced and professional postpartum doulas that provides overnight support to new families. I am completely judgement free and I believe you know what’s best for your family but if you want my expert advise, I’m happy to share!
Our family had Deb for both my children during the newborn period. She served as a night nurse and worked 5-6 nights a week for serval months postpartum with both my children. She even watched the children over a weekend when we had to go to a wedding in the postpartum period. Deb is am amazing and invaluable resource. She is caring, knowledgeable, and kind. She helped me with pumping and breastfeeding and everything that comes with that (washing pump parts/bottles, storing breastmilk, positioning the baby, tips for when I got mastitis, etc.) She provided me tips and reassurance for everything from a refluxing baby, colicy/cranky baby, sleep training, bath time, bed time, “reading the baby’s cues”, eczema, sickness and more. She immensely cares about the baby, but she also checks in on the mother and making sure your recovery is going smoothly. I highly recommend Deb to anyone and we were lucky to have her in our home.

Hi! My name is Amy and I'm a Birth and Postpartum Doula in Lexington, KY. My work focuses on 3 pillars of support during the birthing year! Education: knowing your options and planning for your ideal birth experience and the unexpected. A great way to avoid a traumatic birth experience is to be really educated about your options before you go into labor! Advocacy: knowing what you want and making sure that is respected and supported. It's your birth and you're in charge! Recovery: postpartum is a gift to reset your health, but this requires rest, nourishment and establishing new routines with your new baby. I will help you make a plan before baby arrives and implement it after you give birth!
I absolutely loved having Amy participate in my birth and postpartum care! She was attentive and made helpful suggestions throughout the time she was with us. The Prenatal discussions allowed me to learn more about my previous birth and things that I wanted to go differently in the upcoming birth. Amy assisted me in research that on things that I wanted more information on and was a wealth of knowledge. She provided books and other resources that I didn't even know were out there. I was planning a homebirth and prior to labor she brought me a kit with different size peanut balls and a TENS unit and that was super helpful during my labor. Amy was very supportive throughout my labor and birth and brought essential oils in inhaler forms. She was also very attentive to my needs by providing sips of water, suggesting position changes, and even started a meal in my crockpot so it would be ready after delivery. During the postpartum period Amy helped with meal preparation, guidance on where to gain additional information on breastfeeding, took care of dishes, laundry, pump parts, helped me learn different baby wraps and how to secure the baby in them. She was also very accommodating with my toddler and indoor animals supervising them in outside play in the yard. I also enjoyed getting to discuss the labor and gain more insight to what happened and she even took pictures of the labor and delivery and sent it to me in google photos. This labor, delivery, and postpartum experience was a much better experience then I previously had and much of that is due to Amy's knowledge, care, and attention. I can't say thank you enough.

I am an internationally published birth photographer with over a decade of experience in birth work.
I first met Katie as my wedding photographer. While she is incredible at photography, I hired Katie as my doula because of her personality and because I knew she would be perfect for taking care of my family while going through this journey. Having Katie by my side as my advocate and friend during my birth (VBAC) was, without question, my biggest key to success. Katie was supportive during all stages, she has so much knowledge but is not overwhelming. My partner was incredibly impressed and supported as well with how he could help me in labor and delivery. She is worth every bit, on top of delivering amazing photos along with it, and that’s coming from a fellow photographer! Don’t question it, hire her as soon as you get a positive pregnancy test!

Hi, I’m Taylor! I’m a central Kentucky birth doula and social worker dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering birth space for every family. My work is deeply trauma-informed, shaped by both my professional background in social work and my personal birth experiences—a difficult C-section followed by a healing VBAC. These moments taught me the importance of being truly seen, heard, and supported in birth. I specialize in TOLAC, VBAC, and redemptive birth, but my heart is with all families—whether you’re preparing to welcome your first baby or adding to your family with new hopes for your next birth experience. For first-time moms, I provide extra guidance and reassurance, helping you navigate the unknowns of pregnancy and labor with confidence. For those carrying past birth trauma, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to process, heal, and step into birth feeling supported and in control. My role as your doula is to listen deeply, advocate for your wishes, and provide continuous emotional and physical support. Every family deserves a birth experience that feels safe, informed, and empowering—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. 💜

Aloha, parents! I’m Jenna Clarke. My husband & I have two beautiful daughters plus an adorable Miniature Schnauzer, and we all love to sleep. I was born and raised in Hawai’i, our girls were born in New Zealand (where my husband is from), and we recently moved to Lexington, Kentucky for a new adventure. I am an experienced pediatric sleep consultant, birth & postpartum doula, and advanced newborn care specialist. I truly believe that sleep is a foundation for our overall well being. Rested parent(s) and baby can recover quicker from birth, and the household is happier. You CAN get your child to sleep, and I can help. I have been coaching friends and clients for the past 13 years on how to achieve the sweet gift of sleep. It brings me so much joy because I know it is life-changing. For newborns, having a plan for establishing sleep hygiene and gently conditioning baby to sleep is important. For older infants, toddles and preschoolers, I utilize a range of methods (both responsive and traditional) to achieve your sleep goals. I meet with each of my clients to tailor an approach that resonates best with your parenting style and capacity. I provide virtual and in-home pediatric sleep consulting services to families across the country. Looking forward to working with you.

As a NICU, Postpartum, and Pediatric RN I discovered that being a Doula allows me to serve my community with knowledge and compassion in ways I am not able in my Nursing career. I received my doula education at a local workshop through a Nonprofit in November 2023. To further my education I am gaining my DONA certification in 2025 to better serve the women I support. I strive to support your birth to be a beautifully, positive experience for you and your partner as we work together towards your plans and goals. I am currently attending child birth education classes and have completed postpartum education as well. I strive to serve your fourth trimester as a full experience and beautiful Precious Transition to motherhood. Schedule a free consultation with me to discover if we are a good match to strengthen your birth and Postpartum team.
Ashley was great. She showed up at the hospital in the middle of the night as I started having contractions. She provided me with different labor positions and breathing techniques to help me get as much rest as I possibly could before things got much more intense. She was invaluable to our birthing experience

I have been a birth doula for almost a two years now. Have helped about a dozen clients & it’s one of the best things I can do with my time. I have two kiddos myself, & after my first traumatic birth that’s when I knew I wanted to be a doula & help other mamas never had to go through something that traumatic if I could help it. My motto is holding space in the birth room wherever that is for you. 💕 I am on a little break from taking birth clients but I’m hoping to get back to it by early next year. Still love to chat & help with info as I can! Instagram is a great way to connect with me if you have any questions!
