My journey to becoming a doula began when I was present for my niece’s birth in 2008. I was deeply moved and in awe of the process of birth. In 2018, I attended my first Doula training and went on to certify as a Full Spectrum Doula in 2020. I began my work as a birth doula, volunteering for a community organization in Austin. In 2023, I moved to Seattle where I focused exclusively on providing postpartum care. I worked as a postpartum doula through an agency, Seattle Doulas, and then worked for Swedish Hospital Doula Program. I have now relocated to Tucson, Arizona.
