Hi! My name is Stephanie and I am a Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Birth Story Listener. I felt called to work with birth as a young adult, and love helping folks prepare for and navigate their birth journeys, as well as their relationship to their birth stories. My goal is to help birthing people find an empowered way through whatever comes up for them, and for them to feel supported and seen throughout the process. I also enjoy homeschooling my kids, teaching theater classes, singing in my community choir, and working for a local organic farm at the farmers market in Claremont!

I worked with Stephanie prenatally, during labor/delivery, and postpartum too. She was wonderful to work with, a great listener, guided me and my husband well through what we could expect with having our first child, supported me through my various anxieties, and really showed up for us during labor. She was a vital advocate for me while I was at the hospital. She is knowledgable about Spinning Babies (and has received their training), did a visualization exercise with my husband and I in thinking about the unknowns of parenthood and embracing all that was to come, and she was ready and prepared to support us when she came to the hospital. She supported me emotionally and physically through early labor and all the various interventions that became necessary because I was not dilating and my labor was not progressing. Loved working with Stephanie and would recommend her to anyone for support during the birth or new mom phase of life.

With years of experience as a midwife and birth professional, I support families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with a holistic, grounded approach that honors both physiology and personal choice. Whether you are planning a home birth, hospital birth, birth center delivery, medicated or unmedicated experience, my role is to help you feel fully prepared — physically, emotionally, and mentally — for the birth you desire. My pregnancy bodywork sessions are designed to support optimal fetal positioning, pelvic balance, and nervous system regulation. When the body is aligned and tension patterns are released, babies can settle into ideal positions and labor often unfolds more smoothly. A regulated nervous system allows you to feel safer, more present, and more empowered — which can significantly impact both birth and postpartum recovery. In addition to hands-on bodywork, I offer comprehensive childbirth education that prepares you for the realities of labor, informed decision-making, partner support, and postpartum recovery. My goal is not to push a specific birth path, but to equip you with knowledge, confidence, and tools so you can navigate your experience feeling supported and in control. I bring both clinical insight and steady presence. I understand the nuances of hospital systems and home birth environments, and I help families advocate for themselves while staying connected to their intuition. Birth is a rite of passage — and preparation matters. When your body is balanced, your nervous system is regulated, and your mind is informed, you enter birth grounded and ready. It is an honor to walk alongside families as they prepare to welcome their babies and step into parenthood with confidence.

I live in OC with my three amazing children! If I’m not at a birth, you will find us at the beach surfing, playing, and enjoying the outdoors. I fell in love with all things birth when I became pregnant with my 1st child in 2008. As an avid reader and researcher, I made it my goal to learn everything I possibly could about the biology and physiology of birth, and how to have optimal health during and after pregnancy for both me and my baby. Like many first-time moms I have worked with, I had hesitations about giving birth to my 1st baby outside of a hospital setting. After all my research, classes, and conversations with midwives, I gained confidence in aiming for an unmedicated birthing experience. I found some lovely midwifes who had a midwifery ward in a hospital and gave birth to my 1st son unmedicated. Twenty-four hours of intense back labor from a posterior-positioned baby …but, I did it! My body actually did it! After birthing my first, statistically knowing it was the most challenging and longest labor, gave me confidence to choose home births for my second and third children. I had a successful home water birth with my second child and wanted to repeat that with my third. However, while laboring on the toilet with him, I suddenly dropped to my knees when he began to crown, and he became known as my bathroom floor “butter birth” baby :). Though I chose unmedicated births for myself, I do know it is not for everyone, which is more than OK! I quickly learned from my role as a doula that every woman’s body, medical history, and background are uniquely different. Many factors play into choosing the right birth for you. I am here to come alongside you, help you make an informed decision, and then support you every step of the way. I offer very personable and compassionate care. My approach is non-agenda-based, trauma-informed, and holistic-minded. No matter your history or past experiences, I am here to be a safe place for you. I will help educate, support, and advocate for you and your personal wishes. I look forward getting to know you and building a trusting relationship to where you feel 100% comfortable having me by your side for one of the biggest days of your life. 🙂 I am here for you! We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Autum Rose! From our very first meeting, she immediately put us at ease. She came to our house for our first meeting, stayed over time, and took the time to explain the entire birth process in so much detail. As first-time parents, this was incredibly helpful and made us feel so much more prepared and confident going into our birth. Little did we know, my water would break that very night! Autum was immediately there to guide us through the next steps and answer all of our questions. She met us at the hospital the following day and stayed with us for over 30 hours. She was there through every moment of our labor, even sleeping on a little bench just to be close by and ready whenever we needed her. She came so prepared with massage tools, different labor positions, room spray, shower gel, and so many other little things that made such a difference. She helped us navigate each stage of labor, provided guidance when we needed it, and helped us have informed and empowered conversations when interventions came up. We always felt supported, heard, and cared for. One of the things we are especially grateful for is that Autum also took photos throughout our labor and birth. Having those moments captured is something we will treasure forever, and we are so thankful that she thought to document such an incredibly emotional and meaningful day for our family. Her care didn’t end when our baby was born, either. Our postpartum visit with Autum was so incredibly healing. Having the time and space to sit down and talk through our birth experience with someone who had been there for every moment meant so much to us. She also brought her massage table and worked on me, helping relieve so much of the tension and soreness I had been carrying. It was such a thoughtful and special part of her care, and we left feeling so supported both physically and emotionally. It is so obvious that Autum truly loves what she does. Her care, passion, patience, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She went above and beyond for us in every possible way, and we feel incredibly lucky that she was the person beside us during such a life-changing experience. We are so incredibly grateful for Autum and everything she did for our family. She made us feel safe, informed, supported, and cared for from the very beginning through postpartum. We will 100% be using her again and cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a doula. She is truly one of a kind! ❤️

Hi sweet mama, welcome — and congratulations on your beautiful bundle of joy! My name is Selina, and I am a spirit-filled Christian doula and postpartum doula with over 2 years experience certified through DONA who is deeply passionate about serving and supporting mothers during one of the most important moments of their lives. Pregnancy and birth can bring so many emotions, questions, and unknowns, but you do not have to walk this journey alone. My heart is to help you feel calm, confident, empowered, and fully supported every step of the way—whether you gives birth at home or in the hospital, medicated or unmedicated. I provide emotional, physical, and faith-based support with absolutely no judgment — just compassion, encouragement, and genuine care. I offer comfort measures, breathing techniques, visualization, labor support, spinning babies movements and continuous encouragement to help create a more peaceful and positive birth experience. My goal is for every mama I serve to feel heard, safe, educated, and cared for throughout her journey. During prenatal visits, I focus on education and preparation — I help you understand what to expect, clarify your preferences, and slow things down so you feel empowered and ready. When labor begins, I provide continuous emotional and physical support to help you feel grounded through each stage of the process. In the postpartum period, I meet you wherever you are — Sometimes that means feeding the baby while you pump, teaching you to pump, other times it’s just listening, making a snack, or simply admiring your baby with you. Birth is just the beginning. I’m here to support your whole transition into parenthood — with warmth, wisdom, and deep respect for your journey. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, you deserve to feel supported, empowered, and loved during your birth experience. I would be honored to walk alongside you during this special season.

As a first-time mom, I had the joyful birth I had prayed for, and I’m so grateful to have had Selina by my side! She made me feel cared for and understood throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. She prepared both my husband and me for birth through prenatal sessions covering birth and postpartum, as well as by teaching us comfort measures. Throughout labor, she offered advice, support, and encouragement that I appreciated so much. She also showed up for me in meaningful ways during vulnerable parts of postpartum. Selina truly values her clients, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! I’m so thankful for her!

Hi, I'm Monica—the heart behind Bloom & Breathe Doula Co. I'm a proud Mexican and Guatemalan woman, born and raised in Southern California, where family, community, and caring for others have always been at the center of my life. At 31 years old, I've spent the last five years working in the field of child development, supporting children and families through some of their most important milestones. That passion naturally led me to birth work, where I discovered my calling: walking alongside growing families with compassionate, evidence-based care during one of life's most transformative seasons. As mom to an energetic, fun-loving, and incredibly kind two-year-old who wholeheartedly believes he's Spider-Man, motherhood has been the greatest gift of my life, and it's given me a deep appreciation for the joys, challenges, and incredible strength that come with raising a child. Happily married to the man who made me a mom and my biggest source of support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and delivery, he stood beside me every step of the way—offering encouragement, reassurance, and unwavering love. Experiencing that kind of support firsthand shaped my understanding of how powerful it is to feel truly seen, cared for, and advocated for during birth. It's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about ensuring every family feels supported in a way that reflects their own needs and values. I believe every parent deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As your doula, my role is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and educational support while honoring your unique preferences, values, and birth goals. Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a scheduled cesarean, a VBAC, or anything in between, I am committed to creating a calm, judgment-free space where you feel confident making informed decisions for yourself and your baby. My approach is deeply personal because no two families are the same. I take the time to understand your hopes, answer your questions, and support you through every stage of your journey. From prenatal preparation and labor support to postpartum care, my goal is to ensure you always feel informed, nurtured, and never alone. For me, being a doula is about so much more than birth—it's about building meaningful relationships and helping families begin this new chapter feeling confident, supported, and deeply cared for. It would be an honor to walk alongside you, celebrate your strength, and help you welcome your little one with peace, confidence, and unwavering support.

We hired Monica as a postpartum mommy helper starting when our baby was 2 weeks old, and she was wonderful to have during those early, overwhelming weeks. Our baby had some digestive issues and was quite fussy, and Monica was very patient and attentive with him, she had so many practical tips and suggestions for soothing him that genuinely made a difference for our whole household. She has clearly worked with a lot of babies and it showed in how calm and confident she was, even during the hard stretches. She was also wonderful with our 3-year-old, who needed extra attention during this transition, and it meant so much to see him looked after with the same warmth and care. We felt so supported having her with us during this time and would recommend her to any family, especially those navigating a fussy or colicky baby. Thank you, Monica!

I am so thankful that a close friend of mine recommended Veronica Hinojosa-Stang and Baby Nurse & Doula Services to me as my postpartum doula and newborn night nurse for my twin babies. My friend had twins 10 years ago, and Veronica provided her with the same care and attention that she gave to me and my newborn twins, who were born at 36 weeks. I am a single mother and first-time parent, and I feel so fortunate to have had Veronica and her colleague care for my twin girls from birth through their first 11 weeks. Caring for newborn twins is no small feat, especially when both babies are fussy or crying at the same time, and Veronica was a tremendous help during such an important and demanding time. Every night, she made sure all the bottles were washed, formula was mixed and ready for the next day, clean baby laundry was folded and put away, and other essential supplies were replenished. Veronica also provided me with a great list of baby-care items that she finds indispensable. I used almost all of her suggestions, and they were all incredibly helpful. She was caring, dependable, and attentive to the girls' needs, helping me, my mom, and other family members staying with me navigate those early weeks with greater confidence and peace of mind. I chose to sleep through the night while Veronica cared for my babies, and she handled them beautifully. I almost never heard them cry during the night. When I extended my contract, Veronica also provided a wonderful backup night nurse from her professional team who continued the same level of care for my babies. Her support made a real difference to my mental and physical well-being, and I am incredibly grateful for the care she gave my girls. I would happily recommend Veronica Hinojosa-Stang and Baby Nurse & Doula Services to any family looking for a loving, reliable, and experienced newborn night nurse, especially families welcoming twins or multiples.

I’m a dedicated postpartum doula and proud mom of two boys, with a deep passion for supporting families during the early stages of parenthood. My journey working with children began in a Montessori setting, where I cared for little ones ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old. That experience, along with years of babysitting, helped me develop a strong understanding of child development and a genuine love for nurturing young children. Before becoming a postpartum doula, I worked as an overnight nanny, supporting families through those tender and often exhausting newborn nights. It was during this time that I realized how meaningful it was to care not just for babies, but for parents as well. Wanting to provide more intentional, informed support, I pursued professional training to become a postpartum doula. Now, I’m honored to walk alongside families as they adjust to life with a new baby—offering compassionate care, practical guidance, and a calm, reassuring presence during this special transition.

I am a CAPPA-certified Postpartum Doula and experienced Baby Nurse with over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting newborns, children, and adults in both hospital and private home settings. My clinical background includes serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Providence Saint John’s and Cedars-Sinai in the Pediatrics, Postpartum, and Oncology units, where I developed a strong foundation in maternal-newborn care, patient advocacy, and compassionate support. My transition into full-time postpartum and newborn care was a natural calling. After years of walking alongside families in the hospital — including supporting patients through deeply vulnerable moments — I felt drawn toward the beginning of life, where I could nurture, guide, and empower mothers during one of their most transformative seasons. I bring a calm, reassuring presence into the home, along with strong clinical awareness, newborn expertise, and a deep respect for each family’s unique parenting style. I have cared for children from newborn through adolescence and am especially passionate about helping new mothers recover confidently, establish feeding routines, and feel supported both physically and emotionally. Families describe me as attentive, knowledgeable, nurturing, and trustworthy. It is an honor to support mothers as they heal, bond, and step into their new role with confidence. I would love the opportunity to connect and learn how I can best support your family during this special time.
