My other two pregnancy I had different injuries, when your pregnancy there so much we need to be careful about and when I was in the park I hurt my legs because there was a metal pole where I couldn't see it because my belly was big. Lastly I had broken my pelvic. Thank God I am heal from everything that has happened to me. I was still able to give birth naturally 3 times. The first 1 with Epidural.. I have learn so much about Nutrition, how to increase breast milk. How to prevent injuries how to prevent miscarriages. How to stay fit while pregnant and how to have a smooth labor and recovery. I have learn massage for lower back pain. I don't have my credentials but I have more experience and have helped many women. I hope that I can help you too!

Both in-person and virtual visits for pregnant and breastfeeding parents are available. The visits include a detailed health and breastfeeding history, observation of a feeing, as well as pre and post weight checks. I am a mom to two boys, Judah & Roman, who inspired me to start on this journey of helping mothers learn to overcome breastfeeding hurdles when I hit my own very early on. I had very different issues to work through with both boys, but with the help of my "village" that included very supportive friends, family, and IBCLCs both in and out of the hospital setting, I was able to reach my own personal breastfeeding goals. I was born & raised in New York, attended Fordham University at Rose Hill, Bronx NY and Ross University Medical School, where I completed my Pediatrics residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center, Bronx NY. Her unique perspective on family centered care comes from a compilation of knowledge that she gained by working in a Level III NICU, as a postpartum doula, as a lactation consultant and a body worker. Her philosophy is that every family should feel they are thriving, not just surviving, the adjustment to adding a new baby to the family. While a lot of her time is focused on the first three months after delivery, her support can span years as the family unit is ever evolving. Her specialties include oral function, assessment for oral restriction (aka lip/tongue ties), tension release with CFT, post NICU graduates, multiples, and medically complex infants. The most important factors that drive the care you will receive from Liz are 1) what are you goals as a family and 2) what is the root cause of any struggle you are experiencing.
