Heather Tremblay-Croteau

15 years of experience

Heather is a Doctor of Physical Therapy & Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. Her professional passion is to help all individuals optimize movement, maximize strength & regain autonomy over their life & body. Heather received her Bachelor’s in Creative Arts in Therapy with a concentration in Music from Russell Sage College in 2008. She then continued on at Sage Graduate School to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011. In 2012 Heather became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She was certified for pelvic floor evaluation and treatment through Herman and Wallace in 2021. Heather’s personal medical experiences inspired her to the path of becoming a physical therapist. She discovered weight lifting & boxing which she thoroughly enjoys & has been performing for almost 20 & 12 years, respectively. Heather has treated sports & orthopedic injuries as a focus for the majority of her career working with many high school, college, ironman & fitness athletes. She birthed her son in 2016 & realized the lack of care for birthing people & a lack of continuity for those wishing to return to more advanced sports or athletics. She has since become more passionate with working with this specific population. Heather’s personal & continuing educational experiences have enhanced her ability to evaluate & treat the whole person. She works to design a program specifically developed for each patient including a combination of both highly skilled manual therapy techniques & specific guided exercise instruction & programming. She is a wife to Paul, mother to Colton & Ainsley & has a Cavalier King Charles named Maela. Her family likes to hike, camp, play games & travel. They also own ducks & chickens & do a great deal of gardening. Heather has a passion for sustainability. They love experimenting with ways to use scraps whether that be with food or materials.

Meghan Rohde

20 years of experience

I am an Oklahoma native who relocated to New Hampshire in 2022 after time in Arizona. With 20 years of experience as a physical therapist, I have worked with everyone from professional athletes to postpartum mothers. I hold a PhD in Human and Sports Performance, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, multiple board certifications, and has served as a professor in a Doctor of Physical Therapy program, with research presented at both national and international levels. A lifelong athlete, I am a highly accomplished Masters CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Powerlifting competitor. Above all, I value my role as a wife and mother, and my personal experiences—both in athletics and recovery—have shaped my deep understanding of healthcare from both sides. I am dedicated to helping my clients build strength, resilience, and confidence as they take control of their health and goals.

I waited a few months after my final therapy appointment to write this as I now can say officially and definitively that the work I did with Meghan is lasting and life-changing. I had injured my back or had just not been moving correctly for a long time and developed a lower back and si joint pain that would be so intense that even as a 37y/o I couldn't walk. I'd hobble or limp and it was getting worse over the last 6 years. I came to Meghan to discover why this was happening and at my very first appointment I not only found relief but learned just how important it is to move our bodies correctly. I had been bending wrong likely my whole adult life or possibly been injured as a young athlete. Causing muscles to be over worked and so tight that they were effecting other joints, muscles and ligaments causing severe inflammation and pain. Over the 12 weeks working with and learning from Meghan I learned how to move properly and strengthen my progress with the right exercises. Over time I learned how to correct my pain with these tools and keep it away now for the past 3 months. I can walk properly, walk and run w my dogs, garden, shovel snow and lift weights again and exercise regularly and intensely - things I could not do and had to stop for the past year prior. I fell in love with the dry needling they offer. It releases tension and tightness like NOTHING I've ever experienced. I will always come back for that! I truly believe every human being needs to learn about thier body, how to move and take care of it best. What Meghan and Leah do is a gift to all who walk through thier doors. They are deeply caring, kind, funny and extremely warm, welcoming to all and above all - incredibly knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend Revolution Wellness more highly to absolutely any and everyone. Thank you for the gift of moving and living well and letting me feel peace within my body! You all rock!

Arantzazu Cioce

11 years of experience

Hi there! My name is Dr. Arantzazu Cioce and I like to go by Zazu. I’m a Pelvic and Orthopedic Physical Therapist, Birth Doula and educator and leader of the Integrated Woman Movement focusing on reconnecting to our intuitive spirit while using the best of science for a fully supported pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. I live in the Pascack Valley of Northern NJ and see clients in my office and virtually. I enjoy all things science and energetic in nature and love to be outside taking in the beauty of the natural world. Along these lines, I believe there is a balance to be found in birth using what we know can help our bodies during this transition and utilizing medical intervention when it’s necessary, and that balance is unique to every birthing person and family. My role is to connect you to your options, education and to the wisdom your body has in it already!

I hired Zazu as my doula for my first childbirth experience. My reasons for wanting a doula in general were due to my fears around giving birth overall- the pain, being pressured at the hospital, not knowing my rights, etc. The reason I hired Zazu was because i immediately could sense her passion to coach and guide her clients through birth and sensed she would have mine and my baby's best interest in mind and that it would translate in our work together. She offered a ton of education and opportunity for questions regarding labor and delivery, and honestly helped me reframe childbirth from this scary experience to one where i could be empowered and feel as strong and as in control as possible, not helpless. i (and my husband) felt so much more prepared for what to expect thanks to her course and pre-natal sessions. But i cannot say enough about how intuitive Zazu is and her commitment to you when it's game time. Zazu never left my side my entire labor experience or was just a phone call away in the middle of the night with no hesitation to guide me. at the hospital, her ability to coach me and keep me focused was the reason i was able to achieve my goal of dilating a lot before needing to eventually call for an epidural when my back labor became too much. In-Between all decisions that needed to be made (like needing my water broken by the dr), she reminded me of what i "wanted" while also keeping me present and realistic of what was best in that moment. understanding my rights and possible consequences of decisions also helped me to make informed choices and advocate for myself, and have Zazu there to back me up and feel supported. I truly dont think i can say enough about my experience working with Zazu. Her doula service was worth the investment. I feel so grateful to her for all the ways she supported me and my husband through the prep and birth of our baby boy. If I could rewind, i'd hire Zazu all over again!!
