Bethany is truly such a gem, and I genuinely don’t know what my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience would have looked like without her. I went through my pregnancy without the support of a partner, and having Bethany by my side made such a huge difference in my experience. She was so kind, caring, warm, and genuinely supportive from the very beginning. Having her with me at appointments made me feel like I wasn’t navigating everything alone, and during labor, her presence brought me so much comfort. She supported me, helped advocate for me, and made sure I felt heard and cared for during such an important and vulnerable time. What makes her even more special is that her care never felt like it was simply a job. She genuinely cared about me, my baby, and my family. She was so sweet and loving with my older children and made them feel included and comfortable throughout the experience as well. Even postpartum, she continued to show up with the same warmth and thoughtfulness, whether that was checking in on me, supporting me as a new mom again, or even showing me how to make nourishing meals. I feel like I gained a lifelong friend in Bethany. I will forever be grateful that she was part of this chapter of my life, and I appreciate her more than I could ever fully put into words. Any family lucky enough to have her as their doula is getting someone incredibly special. I cannot recommend her enough.

Eunice is supporting us as a night doula for our newborn, and she has been incredible from the very beginning. In those first couple of weeks, she not only cared for our daughter but also helped us fine-tune feeding amounts, adjust timing, and better understand our baby’s cues. Her guidance made such a difference. Our nights are now much more restful, and our daughter (now two months old) is sleeping more consistently and becoming more independent. Eunice is dependable, communicative, attentive, and truly attuned to our baby’s needs. Our little one is always happy to see her and continues to sleep more regularly through the night. We truly would not have enjoyed this newborn stage as much without her. We’re so grateful for everything she’s done for our family.

I practice trauma informed, perinatal, birth, and postpartum support for all birthing bodies, couples, single and single by choice parents, adoptive parents, and families on their surrogacy journeys. My support is queer competent, weight inclusive and intersectional, and it is always my priority to support people getting the care that helps them feel safe and seen, essential to the health and wellness of both baby and family. I know first hand how beautiful, challenging and exhausting childbirth and parenting is, and I come with a wealth of personal and professional experience to share with you.

Melanie Guymon is a superb doula. She spent nights with our little bub for 2+months, she gave us a reprieve and support during the difficult newborn days hard. We had a colicky baby and Melanie not only helped us advocate to our doctors that our baby might have reflux, but she also gave us superb tips on how to help ease her discomfort at night and during the day.  During her time with us Melanie also helped us prepare our baby to move out of the swaddle, and due to her tips, our baby seamlessly transitioned from her Snoo + bassinet and into her crib and a sleep sack. She continued to support us with sleep coaching as well, helping us with our babies sleep schedule, which has allowed our baby to sleep better than all of our other baby friends in a similar age range. We had Melanie start with us around the 6 week mark due to our postpartum schedule, and she was with us until just under 4 months. We could not have done this journey without her.

Neha Chinchanikar

Sammamish, Washington

Neha Chinchanikar

Hi there! I am Neha, a birth and postpartum doula based in Sammamish, WA. My path to becoming a doula was shaped by my own births and medical experiences at Northwest Hospital, Swedish Issaquah, and Virginia Mason. I know the power of a doula because I lived it twice, whose presence completely transformed my experience. She was the anchor that kept me grounded, providing the safety I needed to trust my body. I know that even the most empowered birth can be followed by a challenging recovery. My own postpartum transitions were marked by the reality of Postpartum Anxiety (PPA), a difficult breastfeeding journey, and a 5 finger diastasis recti that required patience and dedicated healing. These challenges were humbling, but they were also my greatest teachers. My Commitment to You: Full-Circle Care: Dedicated support throughout your pregnancy, labor and postpartum check-ins as you settle into your new life at home. Cultural Heart: A deep respect for your family's traditions and a commitment to honoring them from pregnancy through postpartum. Advocate and Empower: Empower you with resources and advocate for your choices in the birthing room.

Neha was a great birth doula. I wouldn't have been able to labor at home without her. She used many methods to help me cope with my pain. She was there from when I just had some cramps. When I texted her my symptoms, she quickly arrived at our home, helped time the contractions, poured ice over my body to distract me from the pain, used essential oils, and help me use the TENS machine. She helped my partner support me by suggesting position changes, feeding, and watering me. She gave me a list of aftercare items that have been very important for my recovery. All I desired for my birth was a quick labor and vaginal delivery, and Neha was essential in making that possible. I am very thankful to her, I wish everyone had someone like Neha to support them during their births.

We had such a wonderful experience with our doula, Dana. She was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the entire process. I’m a DONA certified birth and postpartum doula who blends city grit with grounded, nature-rooted care. My journey began by supporting friends through birth and postpartum while navigating the unpredictable life of a military family. A path that taught me flexibility, compassion, and a deep respect for the strength of parents. Before becoming a doula, I worked as a corrections officer, where I learned to stay calm under pressure and advocate fiercely for others. Today, I bring that same steady confidence to the families I serve through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Once a city girl and now deeply connected to nature, I offer a balance of strength and softness in my work as a birth and postpartum doula, infant sleep consultant, and placenta encapsulation specialist. I also provide traditional belly binding support to promote healing, grounding, and body awareness during the postpartum transition. As a mom to two spirited boys and two lovable fur babies, I know firsthand how messy, magical, and transformative those early days can be. My goal is to walk beside you with knowledge, warmth, and zero judgment. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, supporting your body’s healing journey, or finding rhythm and rest with your newborn. I’m honored to support families through every layer of this season- body, mind, and heart.

From our very first phone call, I knew Lindzee and I would get along and work well together. I could not imagine going through labor without Lindzee by my side. When I went into labor, Lindzee came to our home and stayed through the night, helping me progress and supporting me through every stage. Once we went to the hospital, her guidance, encouragement, and gentle push helped me keep going, especially when we worked together to help get my daughter into the right position. Although my labor ultimately did not go the way I had hoped or expected, Lindzee was there every step of the way with love, support, reassurance, and comfort. She helped me feel heard and cared for during some of the hardest moments of my birth experience. One of my favorite memories that I still think about is when I needed a distraction during my long labor, and Lindzee and I ended up playing Tapple while my mom watched us. It was such a simple moment, but it perfectly captures the kind of support she gave me, helping me through the difficult moments while also making me laugh and feel like myself. We bonded throughout my long labor, and I feel incredibly lucky that I gained not only an amazing doula but also a friend through this experience. I will always be grateful for Lindzee and the role she played in bringing my daughter into the world. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

Nadine Ostergaard

Hello, I’m Nadine, a Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, and mother of two wonderful girls (ages 7 and 9). I believe every family deserves to feel supported, rested, and confident as they welcome a new baby home. I was born and raised in Germany and have lived in the United States with my husband and our daughters for over a decade. My journey through motherhood — and across cultures — has shaped how I approach care: with empathy, understanding, and deep respect for every family’s unique values, traditions, and choices. Becoming a mother myself opened my eyes to how magical, and sometimes overwhelming, those early weeks can be. I remember the joy, the exhaustion, and the constant learning curve. Those experiences inspired me to become a compassionate advocate for new parents - someone who offers calm, unbiased support without judgment. As your postpartum doula, my goal is to create a nurturing space where you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby in your own way. I provide gentle guidance, emotional reassurance, and hands-on help — always honoring your decisions and beliefs as you find your rhythm in this new chapter of parenthood. Every family’s journey is different, and I’m honored to walk beside you with warmth, understanding, and care.

I have been supporting pregnant people for 18 years. I began my journey shortly after my own firstborn came peacefully into this world and the passion was ignited! I studied to be a midwife (CPM) with a number of excellent mentors and qualified in 2011. I have worked in both home and hospital settings as a doula and an excited to now be supporting this community of Clallam County. I am currently only working as a doula (non-clinical support).

Amanda is nothing short of amazing. She served as my doula for our third child, born in 2015 in Kenya. Giving birth seemed daunting at first, but Amanda's confidence, skill, and calm demeanor made everything easier. From the moment that I found out that I was pregnant, she was a source of advice and a trusted confidant, answering my questions and addressing any concerns that I had. When it came time for the birth, our little one was very reluctant to come into this world, but Amanda made the whole experience more positive. She advocated for us with hospital staff and doctors, allowing me to focus on my body and child. Of course, she was also by my side throughout the experience, offering encouragement and even some laughs. After the birth, Amanda continued her high level of care with post-partum wellness checks for both me and baby. We were very grateful to have her with us during this journey. Her dedication to me and our family is still something that I look back on with great fondness.
