Peace & Blessings, Mama! I'm JahNine, aka NeeNee ;)and I am so grateful that you've taken the time to check out my offerings. I would be so honored to be of service to you at this time, so feel free to reach out to me with questions or to set up a time to chat further. As a mother of 4 and having attended over 40 births, I am convinced that DOULAS are NECESSARY and PIVOTAL in having a positive birth experience overall. My purpose is always to bring the Sacred into all I do, and I would love to share that energy with you! I am here to remind you of how powerful and capable you are! Gratitude and deep breaths!

Having NiNi as your doula is the best thing you could possibly do for yourself and I mean that! She was there every step of the way, which I know wasn't easy because my anxiety was soooo high and I must have texted her at least 100 times throughout my pregnancy haha! She ALWAYS took the time to calm my worries and reassure me about whatever I was stressing about. But she didn't just calm me she prepared me for it all. I began this pregnancy scared because it was so unexpected and I didn't feel ready to deal with everything that comes with a pregnancy. it's soooo overwhelming because there are so many things you have to be aware of. Well I learned all about everything with NiNi. She introduced me to so many things. I never took herbs before, never did yoga or meditation. and now I do it regularly. My birth experience was so amazing!! I was positive I would be getting the epidural as soon as entering the birthing center- but NiNi and I worked those curbs and did our breathing techniques and she had my husband helping with the hip squeezes....by the time we got to the hospital I only had to push for 20 minutes or so and my baby boy made his appearance!! I have no words for how proud of myself I was! I just couldn't believe it. She really helped me see that I CAN and DID do that without drugs!! I plan to refer her to anyone I know who is pregnant because this lady is a blessing. Thank you again and whoever is reading this- hire her immediately. She goes out of her way to take care of you and treats you like a Goddess and that alone was worth the money. My husband now has to step his game up haha! But all jokes aside- I didn't even know what a doula was before this pregnancy and now I will never give birth without one again- if I do it again.

Hi there! My name is Joslin Dupuis. I am a loved and loving Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Clinical Social Worker, and Full Spectrum Doula. I live with my husband, our two beautiful and silly children, two dogs, a cat, and an unknown and outrageous number of chickens, turkeys, and quail. I love to look at the moon, walk barefoot, forage for mushrooms, grow food, bake bread, and serve as an agent of change in the lives of individuals, families, groups, and communities. My path toward birth work is a woven tapestry of personal and professional experiences. I started my college career pursuing a degree in Atmospheric Science, thinking I wanted to be a Meteorologist. Through a lot of self-reflection, I realized that my true passion and deepest joy was found in helping others. For that reason, I shifted my academic pursuits and graduated with my master’s degree in Social Welfare in 2015. I immediately entered the medical field and found myself as an Obstetric and Perinatal Palliative Care Social Worker. I loved that job and realized that birth work is my heart work. I was able to help countless families through their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences. My shift from inpatient medical social work to birth doula has allowed me to be more present with my family and still use my clinical skills. I am calm, patient, mindful, flexible, and trauma-informed. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health and helping individuals find joy and healing through their life transitions. My philosophy as a doula and a social worker is “meeting people where they are.” I will meet you with unconditional and nonjudgmental support. My job is not to write your birth story. My job is to hold space and present you with evidence-based information so you can make an informed decision that works best for you, your body, and your baby. I will work as a part of your interdisciplinary team, assisting you through this beautiful journey that you are on. My goal is for you to reflect on your birth experience and feel satisfied and that you felt loved, held, and respected throughout our work together. Reach out anytime to schedule a free one-hour consultation. I would be honored to be a part of your story. Sub Specialties: As a Clinical Social Worker and Doula, I have extensive experience and training in serving those with increased risk of social or emotional challenges in pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting, including: Survivors of pregnancy and infant loss. Expectant parents who have a mental health diagnosis or who are at increased risk of perinatal mood disorders Those navigating a high-risk or medically complex pregnancy. Expectant parents who have experienced birth trauma or other types of negative birth experiences. Expectant parents with a history of trauma (childhood or adult), including physical or sexual abuse or assault survivors.

Hi! I am a mother of 6, a doula, and a lifelong student of the art of caring for women. My own journey through motherhood has taught me that becoming a mother is not simply about having a baby. It is a profound transformation of the body, identity, relationships, emotions, and the way we see ourselves. This is what brought me to doula work. I believe women deserve to be cared for just as deeply as their babies are. I love the quiet, ordinary moments of postpartum life — making nourishing food, helping a tired mother finally rest, holding a baby while she takes a shower, listening without judgment, or simply sitting beside her when words are not needed. I am especially passionate about whole-person postpartum care. When a mother wants it, I incorporate gentle body-based practices such as restorative breathing, movement, self-massage, abdominal and back care, grounding, and relaxation. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I meet each woman where she is and follow her needs, preferences, culture, and boundaries. My background in birth and postpartum care, combined with my experience as a mother and my love of learning, has shaped the way I work: deeply practical, deeply compassionate, and deeply human. I don't come into a home to tell parents how to do things. I come to help them feel held, capable, and less alone, while they find their own way. For me, doula work is not just a profession. It is a way of honoring the enormous work of becoming and being a mother.

I live in Rensselaer, NY with my fiancé, son and two cats. In my free time I love to cook, workout, and read. My philosophy is that every parent deserves to be met with unconditional support throughout their reproductive journey. It is my hope to always be able to offer my clients a way to be satisfied with their birth experience, no matter the circumstances. I have a special interest in the relationship between the mind, body, and baby during the process of birth and I often view the nervous system as a tool to tap into this system. I hope to pursue this interest and deepen my knowledge in the near future by completing a pre and post natal fitness coach certification.

As the husband, I had the privilege of witnessing Lawren's incredible support throughout our pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. My wife gave birth, and Lawren played an invaluable role in making the experience smooth and memorable for both of us. She excelled in communication, helping us craft a tailored birth plan and guiding me, a first-time dad, to be a supportive birthing partner. Lawren's expertise and her ability to work seamlessly with hospital staff made the labor experience much smoother and calmer. Her post-birth care and guidance during the postpartum period were invaluable. We can't thank Lawren enough for her unwavering support and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone seeking an exceptional doula. She made our transition to parenthood a positive and memorable one.

I loved having Cassie around during my postpartum period. She was incredibly helpful in caring for my newborn, which gave me some much-needed time for myself. She is easygoing, responsive, and quick to communicate. You will love having her!

— Liao Nuofei, review of Cassie Meiswinkel May 2026

Cassie came into my life during a very vulnerable time as I was struggling with PPA, and helped me to reconnect with my intuition in order to reset. She jumped right in to help with household tasks I had been overwhelmed by, made me supportive tinctures, helped brainstorm ideas to incorporate more nutrient dense food into our lives, connected with my velcro babe to give me a break and most importantly had the most kind, empathetic energy. She immediately felt like a part of my village. She is a bright light in the birth/postpartum space and I believe she will change so many lives- I cannot recommend her enough!

— Briana O'Connor, review of Cassie Meiswinkel May 2026

Cassie was a pleasure to have along on my birthing journey, she stayed calm and supportive while giving me info and tips along the way. She really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and supported. She is easy to get along with and has a good personality to keep the mood light and positive during the birthing process!
