Seeking a birth doula to support me through my second birth - my first was an induction due to severe eclampsia that ended in an emergency c section. I suffer anxiety and have birth trauma as a result. This time around I am working toward a VBAC. Delivering at MUSC.

Even though this is my 3rd pregnancy, I want to experience a non medicated birth. Someone to help me practice my breathing and relaxing my mind during the labor pains. If possible, I’d like to experience a water birth at home. Also, keeping my placenta as well.

Needing a doula. Currently 26 weeks pregnant, due at the end of November. I plan to give birth at Prisma in Greenville, but I live in the Abbeville/Greenville area. I would like for the birth to be as natural as possible.

I plan to have a home birth with a midwife. Estimated budget: not sure Birth plan: I’m planning an unmedicated, low-intervention home birth with a birthing pool. I’d like to labor and deliver in the water if possible, with minimal interventions and freedom to move around during labor. I do not want an epidural. For the baby, I plan to decline routine newborn vaccines, Vitamin K, and the heel-prick screening. Insurance: TRICARE Prime — active-duty family member coverage

I want someone who has experience and can help guide me through my first pregnancy and help answer a lot of the questions and concerns I may have. Also want someone who is well educated in women's health pertaining to African American women.

A support person and advocate during labor. I plan to give birth in the hospital. I plan to go unmedicated as long as I can.

I plan to give birth at Atrium Health Pineville and would like to see about having a doula to advocate for me so that my mom can focus on helping me.

I would like someone who is knowledgeable about birth, alternative medicines, and someone who can advocate for me.

We currently have Medicaid and we’re looking do an at home birth, birthing center or water birth. We don’t have a budget since we’re not sure what the going rates are.

Plan to give birth in a hospital, looking for a doula that is registered with Tricare, we are active duty with Tricare East, if I’m able to I would like to give birth vaginally unmedicated but I am being seen by a MFM in a few weeks and may have to have a c section for medical reasons.
