Jennifer is a certified birth doula. She is certified through both DONA and CAPPA, as well as a certified Hypno-Doula with HypnoBabies. She is a Childbirth Educator and Evidence-Based Birth Instructor. Moreover, Jennifer has training in breastfeeding, using a TENS Unit for labor, and the traditional use of the rebozo. She has served more than 250 families and has more than 9 years of experience that have taken her from St. Louis, Missouri all the way to Okinawa, Japan. After her husband's retirement from the Marine Corps, Jennifer and her family have settled in the Tampa Bay area. Her passion for birth work began after she had her third baby. When she found herself continually researching everything birth related she realized her calling. Jennifer knew she was meant to serve families by helping them prepare for their babies birth with information, comfort, and support.

Hey everyone! My name is Coni and I am a Certified Birth Doula located in Polk County, Florida. I'm married and have 3 crazy kiddos. I was also a surrogate and had Belly Buddy on February 3rd, 2024. I have always been interested in birth. My mom used to teach childbirth classes at the hospital when I was little, and I always loved going with her. I got pregnant at 17 and had to deliver at a birthing center due to financial reasons. I was TERRIFIED to give birth without any medications. Long story short I did it and I felt so empowered! This is when my passion grew even stronger about birth and learning the truths behind it. I ended up having my other 2 kids at the same birthing center because I fell in love with it. I had my first hospital birth with Belly Buddy and that was a new experience that I was able to grow my knowledge in. I would love to be your Doula and help empower you. I moved to FL in OCT 2019. My oldest was a traumatic labor and delivery. It was with a provider that I didn't research and everything felt out of my control. It was rushed, medicated, and scary. After that I promised myself to have a better birth next time. All of my other children have been natural births, in the hospital, with a midwife. I decided to become a doula early into 2021 after finding out I was going to be an aunt. I researched and learned and realized that this is my passion. As a doula I offer many forms of support and aid. I am trained in natural pain relief positioning, comforting touch, and breathing techniques. I am an emotional support to ensure that families have a positive birthing experience.
